I had a similar idea, but not only pals, but everything. Gear, pals, weapon, armor, resources etc.
With no loans from the black marketer
This gave me flash back of almost three months of grinding to get both those dam legendary armor sets to drop.... I know people that got it on the first few tries but no sir, not me.... I found using Rockets for the knock back it has to be useful in splitting them up and when you see one of them charging that damn beam.
Normally I try to do this myself as well but I don't want to take on a legendary for the first time without my dad, and I also don't use the meat cleaver, it's just a little much for me
Dont get paldium from dugeons do mining stone take maassive amount of stone and use crusher to take paldium ! also use astegon or breed hm when you wanna have best miner
Do a pal ability callange and you can only deal damage with your weapons and Pal ability’s like Foxparks flamethrower and Bellanoir Nightmare stare and that stuff would be pretty cool to watch

Using a Chillet as my mount and a rocket launcher, I just took Necromus and Palladius at the same time and concentrated fire on Necromus. It's fairly easy to keep him stun-locked while avoiding Palladius.
I suggest u farm Stone with your pals and use the crushers to make alot of pal fragments
In last few days I did some crazy grind
I made 6 max level blazmaut for working with max efficiency 6 bushi 6 max astegons and 2 woompo boton
I set all those on farms for mining and cutting down trees
I ve got 2 max Jetragons 1 with max attack and 1 with max speed .
1 max paldius 1 max necromus 1 max frostallion and frostallion noct as well
And last but not least bellanoir and Bellanoir libro
In all these pals except bellanoir and Bellanoir libro I've added legend ferocious musclehead and exclusive skill of respective pal
Now I'm almond ready for the update
Running the ice area caves got me the schematic for the one below legendary rocket launcher so I'll be taking that to sakajima also the pal armour no temp one dropped in there too :)
BTW megabits you can make the day go by faster so you can easily respawn bosses
Why not use the crusher for palladium? So much easier.

Don't worry about taking the cowards route to beating Necrosmis and Paladis. I did the same thing until I got both legendary blueprints
I really feel like the devs could stand to increase the drop rates a tad. My main save only has 1 legendary of anything I’d actually use. Been grinding far too long and still have nothing to show for it in armor and strong weapons.
So I watched both videos released today, thank you BTW, and was thinking during the Suck video I should offer an idea. Sadly Dear Creator I am mostly an idiot and kind of dull and non-creative. Watching this one my second brain briefly awoke and wondered if you have ever played Craftopia, Palworld's step-sibling game? It is more Pocket Pair bonkers goodness you might like for a change of pace after the update is done with your soul fragments.
Paldius and Necromus is pretty easy and entertaining to fight. I just sit on my Shadowbeak and poisen them with "poison shot" then hit them with shadow laser and Shadowbeaks signature move. All over again. Hit and run tactic.
On the other hand, I HATE fighting Jetragon XD
My games been set to x3 spawn since release. Paladius and necromus are def my most deaths
I know I should go to bed early so I could play nonstop for the next 48 hours 😂
I guess you avoided the spoilers well. All of the new pals stat details and their typing are out. 😅
If you don't get what you want from butchering could you roll back save and try again? This does assume that you have access to do a world save roll back. I have not done any butchering so I have no experience with that aspect of the game.
I heard that on the 30th June they will be resetting the game back to the start.
