They will have many shows together (ZURcaroh and Lim) for sure. Thanks God we don't have those "guess your credit card number" acts this year. I like Magicians who work physicaly just almost as hard as Zurcaroh or Duo-Transcend. I have higher esteem for these 2 groups (Zurcaroh and Duo-Transcend) than ANY "guess your credit card number" "artists" (one of their tricks is: accomplices sending signals to their vibrating-pager attached to the thighs).
Best part of final: Zucaroh swarming Shim and lifting him on their shoulders.

Can we just take a minute to recognize Zurcaroh’s sportsmanship? Instead of being upset, they literally raised him up.
Every show i ever saw was like that - the other acts always cheer on the winner. Nothing spectacular

This was probably the best ending of an AGT season I’ve ever seen. I was expecting the kids from Zucaroh to start crying when they found out they didn’t win. But no..they celebrated and put Shin Lim up in the air in triumph. I love it!! I wish there were more people in the world like that. So happy for shin lim. I was expecting Courtney to win even though I didn’t like her at all. I was very happy with the winner

Yep...best example of good sportsmanship we've probably ever seen on this, or pretty much any other reality show. And it wasn't 'I'm fake happy for you, so I'll smile and shake your hand' sportsmanship. They were genuinely smiling and happy for Shin.

Well he had kind of a sob story (and a few favoritism articles, not as many though), but it was blown so far out of proportion it was laughable. "You'll never hold another deck of cards again." ...From carpal tunnel syndrome? Please. CTS sucks and is limiting, but he doesn't have to permanently give up piano or magic, don't be ridiculous.

Fair enough, you're right, my apologies, I've been following him for awhile so it all kind of blends together....BUT I still stand by the fact they made his carpal tunnel out to be a a super huge deal (and no mention of the thumb severing) just to pull out some kind of sob story because that is a requirement on AGT. Though it's worth noting one of the Foolers on Fool Us literally had no hands and stubs for arms, it was epic.
Again don't get me wrong, CTS SUCKS for sure and I have mad respect for Shin. But all of their scary matter-of-fact statements that he would have to choose piano or magic like his very life depended on it? Why so scary and negative? Why not encourage both, like he did in his final performance?

I don’t really watch this show, but I caught all of Shin’s performances. I’m a magician. I can’t explain what Shin’s done with his performances, but what I can explain is for the first time in my life watching one of these shows, I actually understand the depth of work needed to be THAT good at something.
You must understand, it would take a normal someone 10 years to be as smooth as Shin, and another 10 years to develop the creativity and ingenuity he has. he’s establishing himself alongside the greats!
The Coastal Cardician but he has some trick cards which i found really good of him. not to mention his secrets that were somewhat see-able in his performance before agt were removed. his acts now are so damn clean

Zurcaroh showed a lot of class the way they all ran to him, cheering him and lifting him up, after Tyra announced him as the winner. I wish more talent show contestants shows such a level of sportsmanship and class.

AMEN TO THAT!!!!...... No childish tantrums, no diva like behaviour, just an exceptionally gifted group acknowledging someone who "pipped them at the post". That was true sportsmanship & I think it can be attributed to their choreographer who seemed like a true professional & a very level headed & fair guy.

They are so humble.. And it make me even more happy to know the thrid place is Brain King Joshep.. I got my favorite all become the winner... Arghhhhhhhhhhhhh 😇😇😇😇

Probably the most deserving Top 2 out of all the seasons. Their performances were jaw-dropping every single time

Seriously, it's about time the ACTUAL most talented person won, the only other most talented people I can remember winning are kenichi ebina, Paul zerdin, olante dogs (kinda hard to not respect training dogs to do backflips) and... well honestly Terry fator, most of the other winners were either tolerable like mat Franco, but too many have been singers with sob stories
They knew if they keep the BS of " shy teen , depression survivor ,etc " ain't no body gonna watch next season .. plus this is exactly the act to be performed in Vegas.
To be fair, dancers hardly ever win or make it very far. Not unless 70% of their act is electronic

What I was not happy about was that most of the contestants were singers, not enough variety in her season for a talent show (might as well be a singing competition) That's why I was happy Darci won, as her ventriloquism alone was already amazing but her actually being able to sing just as well as the other contestants with her mouth closed still amazes me (I was rooting for her and Will Tsai) :)

Zucaroh’s sportsmanship when they lifted Shin Lim up is phenomenal. Both acts deserved to be in their places and I’m happy for both acts. They also have incredible talent! LOVE YOU ALL! 😁

true that is good sportsmanship. also i have a feeling Zurcaroh just wanted to do well to get their name out there and winning is a plus. it's not like Zurcaroh would have much left if they split the cash prize between that number of ppl (plus after tax deductions lol) and i do wonder if they would all move to las vegas for a show which they would still have to split their income (or if not why would everyone move?). or maybe only the choreographer gets the money? i don't know how they would've done it.
Azu Shi .... I'm sure they would've figured something out, especially for their youngest members. Maybe put some of their share to their education or if they'd need to drop out of their schools & be "home schooled" while on the road. They would've been equally worthy winners as well & besides, they'll make many more millions in the very near future with an act like they perform. Also, what they'd each get would depend on the exchange rate between the American dollar & the currency in their home country of Austria. I think it's the "Euro", but am not 100% sure. Perhaps someone out there knows???

No matter what you thought about the results, you HAVE to admit that this was the most heartfelt and adorable thing that happened tonight. That is pure wholesome joy. Props to Zurcaroh for being amazing sports, and congrats to Shin on an amazing season.
Shin Lim said Zurcaroh was his favorite act, and he voted for them. Maybe they've become friends off the set?

Never see this pure moment happen to another talent winner, every one agree that he is the true winner and deserved it. Even his rival agree and happy to celebrate it with him.
So glad that huge group of little kids didn't win. Just think about it, they'd never be able to live their normal kid lives again. They'd have to be home schooled, they'd have no time for fun, they'd have to stay up super late for the Las Vegas shows, constantly be practicing and working. They'd be exhausted! Plus, magicians are VERY popular in Las Vegas. Shin was a perfect choice for the winner. So glad he won!

Well, the magician has to be at least as good as Shin or better. Otherwise he/she wouldn't really deserve it lmao
The thing with magicians is not necessarily how "good" they are comparative to other performers, but how well they execute their own individual style, Shin Lim is very distinctive and unique, if another magician wants to have the same degree of success then they need to have an act that is not only unique, but extremely well-executed, and I think that's why Shin was so successful. If another magician wants to win the show, it doesn't necessarily matter whether they're better than a fellow performer, rather how memorable, original and well performed their act is. And don't forget Shin is predominantly a card magician, there are other forms of magic out there that are just as impressive.

Yeah that was a fantastic moment. They have absolutely nothing to be down about- what they do is also incredible and a lot of people will pay a lot of money to see them. They just had to go up against someone who may very well go down as one of the greatest magicians to ever live
Well deserved. He won with genuine talent. These shows are full of singers and dancers, they are a dime a dozen. But what Shin Lim does is amazing and very few people in the world can do what he does. He also seems like a genuinely nice person. I'm glad he won, he deserved it more than anyone else on there. Especially the singers with sob stories...
and I'll bet you can't sing like Glennis or Daniel for that matter or perform in a dance group like Zucaroh.

Having a magician as a winner is the rarest thing you would find in a big talent show. Not singers. You should be amazed bro. And Shin Lim had proved that he is capable of winning and he is not even a Golden Buzzard and that has made this season even more interesting.
Cezareus Philip And they have talent competitions for magicians. They also have a T.V. show called Fool Us. Shin Lim is the second magician to win this show so it is not that rare. As a matter of fact it is more frequent than dancers since only one dance act has won this show. I voted for Shin myself however I recognize the performances of the others as well. Glennis is probably the best singer they have ever had on this show. Zucaro is a Vegas act because they are outstanding. Worry not. You are going to see plenty more singers on this show because great singing is a talent and this is a talent competition.
LOL It's the little kids getting thrown though the air. The rest are dancing. Acrobatic and dance is what they do.

What an absolutely perfect, BEAUTIFUL ending to the season with Zucaroh raising up the champion. All season long I had Zucaroh as the favorites to win with Shin as the underdog. But one night before, I just had a feeling it would be Shin. I could not be more happy for this guy. WELL DESERVED. Savor the moment, Shin. I'll be there to see your first show in Vegas.
Zucaroh had it won in my mind until he changed the 6 of hearts into the 9 of hearts right before my eyes, unbelievable, like Bewitched!
I think Zurcharo had the lead going into the final. But then in the final Shin turned in his best performance ever, while Zurcaroh seemed like they fell off by just turning in a really great performance, but not quite as great as their other 3. Because of that, I think most people who decided at the last minute, just by looking at the final, gave it to Shin. In any event, both acts are great, both Vegas ready, and Zurcaroh showed a lot of class to hoist up Shin on their shoulders, no hard feelings.
It would've been a crime if he didn't win. I'm so happy congrats shin lim 🎉😁

I love shin lim!! And even though Zurcaroh didnt win, chances are someone from cirque du soleil will see them and they'll make it big too. I've been to Vegas twice, and both times cirque was all over the place :)

Exactly - There are so many shows that cater to singers/dancers, while so many unique acts don't get the recognition and prizes for their talents.

I love how the group embraced and lifted shin lim up into the spot lights, thats great showmanship. Love shin lim's magic act it freaked me out, gave me goosebumps and sent chills down my spine, he truely is magically amazing.

The way the others embrace and congratulate him so quickly is so honestly inspiring. Yeah it must be heartbreaking for them to get so close and not win, but to rejoice in and for the success of Shin is awesome!
Those kids were so mature and kind. No screaming, crying, or tantrums. They ran up to him a few seconds after he won. I thought it was beautiful

My 2 favorite acts this year. I love that Zurcaroh was so supportive of Shin Lim winning. Also, Shin Lim was very supportive of Zurcaroh. Last night, he was asked by a AGT host of what act he liked in AGT. Shin said that he would vote for Zurcaroh. Regardless of who won, both of these acts I feel would have been picked up by Las Vegas as they are both deserving!

Shin said in a interview that he and Zurcaroh hung together a lot and he loved them, they were his favorite act. I am so happy it came down to the 2 of them! I wanted Shin to win, I thought he was deserving, what an act he will have in Vegas! That being said, come on AGT, a 2 hour finale and you give us 10 seconds for the winner at the end?? And 5 of that you are rolling credits!

Emily Cheng .... What I loved about the top 5 was that the audience (viewers) FINALLY got what they wanted in the final 5..... VARIETY 😎👍 Just 1 singer in the final 5 is an indication to the producers that the fans are fed up with them trying to stack the field in the final with singers, thereby turning it into a rehashed X Factor. The top 5 vote getters was a "screw you" message to the producers & their little puppet (Courtney) that they had picked to win ages ago.
We all know it was rigged, Courtney Hadwin really won.
