Dude Tesla FSD is level 2 same as Li auto. Nio, Xpeng, Waymo robot taxi are level level 4 and BYD is level 3 along with Huawei Avatr.

Level 2 can barely handle US road and city street because it is not very challenging but mostly smooth sailing for FSD , but Chinese urban area or city street is too challenging for FSD L2.
The Chinese authority can only allow Tesla FSD to improve on highway first, L3 is required for urbane and city street.

Elon just realised his FSD is level 2 and that's why he went to china recently so he can use Chinese road to Test and train FSD AI. China is the holy grail to train autonomous AI.
