I never grew one but I recently found sources on ebay, from which I will buy in spring. How do I store the rhizomes during winter dormancy, is it OK to bag them in moist peat or vermiculite in the fridge? Is it a wise thing to buy the rhizomes now (in October) so I will be acquainted with winter storage before I plant them?
It would be far better to wait and order in early spring. I believe we cover how to overwinter the rhizomes in the video, but if we leave anything unanswered please do give us a call!!
