I now see why raiding has died down, when Ulduar was released my guild was ready with everyone geared in at least 25 man Naxx gear, which wasn't hard to do by any means, but this instance was insanely hard and challenging. I used to think letting everyone see content was a good thing, but I remember I was so excited to play the game because I wanted to achieve and earn the ability to kill these bosses, not to just see them and one shot them. Kinda funny, I thought Blizz learned from ToC but no.

Well i'll be damned... I play on Maelstrom US, and have for 5 years in december. The top DPS in this raid is a warrior named Landsoul and he also played there. Guy used to be one of the worst warriors i'd ever seen. Now look at him xD Dudes a beast Gratz Land keep it up

Blizz said that Naxx was way more popular than Ulduar, even though raiders enjoyed Ulduar more. Hence why they make McDonalds instances these days like LFR.
You managed to still pull it off, that was amazing!

yogg+1 is actually fairly easy, with the gear available at the time, the enrage on algalon was much harder to beat, and yogg+1 was pretty much "don't chain malady"

I killed this boss yesterday on 25 man, with I think 12-15 level 90's, we did every hardmode achievement/boss there is, even one light, and it makes me kind of sad. Ulduar was very challenging, if not the hardest raid ever (when it was endgame I mean), it was not satisfying at all to kill him first try with literally no effort, everyone could have autoattacked and we would have got it. I don't know WHY you can still get the title "Astral Walker", they should have taken it out in 2010. Man.

Yogg+1 wasn't so bad, I found Firefighter harder the hardest fight in there (bar no light which we didn't down until late 3.2)

@derpguyjohn yeh alright I see where you coming from, seeing ToGC and all, but in ICC, even though th bosses are a walk through, normal and heroic there are still some challenging acheivements to aquire from the bosses, that have full wipe of raiding the opening of ICC with NO 30% buff... much like lady deathwhisper, that was a bitch, even on normal :)! but i agree with you but i disagree aswell... knowing that in cataclysm, if you think it is going to be a walk in the park, your SADLY MISTAKEN!
