Why did you export it ? You could just had autotraced the layer after the rotoscope without exporting it (I think)

Yes we can autotrace right after freezing the rotoscope. But I didn't know that that earlier

Unfortunately no, the saber effects is only available for after effects and masking out the subject is much easier with rotoscoping which you can't do in premier pro
