Thanks, Gary. As a DIY retiree, with a Macbook Air, I've built a lot of spreadsheets in Numbers. I've had to stick with basic formula compared to Excel, but like bonsai, I think that creates some discipline. To share these with my channel viewers, I've had to convert to Excel format and then post on my Google Sites. Believe me, only the true simple formulae survive the conversions! I'm now eight years into my DIY retirement. All self-taught with some help from your tutorials in Numbers!
Thank you once again Gary, your videos are consistently useful and valuable. Instant ‘like’ on every one of them and longtime subscriber. The community very much appreciates what you do for us.
Fantastic Gary! Every one of you videos makes me so glad I contribute to your Patreon fund. And I learn something new from every one of your Numbers videos. Thank you so much!
As usual thanks Gary. It is such a pity I retired a few years ago as I would have used this. However as you say it is useful for other planning so I have my thinking cap on.
I like to format hard coded values in a separate font color (I use blue) and computed values (in black) so you can see easily what vale’s are hard coded.
Making a retirement spreadsheet is a great example. I feel like I just learned some Spreadsheet Boss moves here. Apple should just hire you to make videos explaining how to use their software products, seriously.
Hello Gary, Thanks for all your videos and knowledge. A question for you please: How do I turn the values in 1 single column into a simple comma-separated line? The result should be like 1,2,3,4,5,6, etc? Thank you in advance😊🙏🙏
