You definitely misread Nuka-Nuke Launcher. It makes it so they get rad counters until the end of THEIR next turn. Thats really good as it either makes it so that player wont cast many or any spells their whole turn or if they do they get a ton of rad counters. Its pretty solid.
Mesmeric orb is the best single card for mothman. It's individual triggers. I've gotten mothman 12 +1/+1 counters in one turn cycle on turn 4. Also, fathom mage is amazing card draw when mothman is out. Consuming aberration is a huge mid game bomb that can easily close out games when mothman has been hated out. You also forgot things like conduit of worlds and crucible to help shore up your hand when you mill yourself
The Master + Intruder Alarm is insane, as it basically lets you free-play every milled creature from any graveyard. Add in Altar of Dementia and you can sacrifice the creatures to keep the mill going. Altar of the Brood also lets you mill the table with this loop.
I don't know if I'm misunderstanding or mishearing, but you say Nuka Nuke Launcher only works against decks you know are casting a lot of spells on your turn, but it says "until the END of the DEFENDING player's next turn" so you get the effect on the entirety of their next go.

Phyrexian Altar + Gravecrawler goes infinite with Radstorm, or Feral ghoul if you want a flavor radiation win, which is what I’m going for

Vilis broker of blood will draw you a lot of cards with the rad counter

What is everyone using for rad counters
I'm going to be making little copper coins and oxidizing them into a very nice green color.
I use pieces of uranium 235
