This worked better than any other site I used. Two times with full water and my descale light went out. The water light didn't come back on. I went ahead and ran one more full water just for getting the smell of vinegar out of my nose! It works perfectly fine now! Thanks so much. So easy!
So helpful! This worked great! A couple times the machine stopped flashing all lights, so I did have to hold down the 8 and 12 a couple more times to keep filtering the clean water through before it would let me brew coffee again. It worked though!
Thanks so much. I've been doing a lot of studying lately and been drinking a lot more coffee and i noticed it hasn't been as fresh tasting lately and definitely helped. The machine is also running much smoother.
Great video. I lost my user manual and couldn't figure out how to put the K-Express in descale mode. Your step by step is just what I needed! btw - we've been taking this coffee maker on road trips, and it is so nice to have hot coffee from our own coffee maker in our hotel room as soon as we wake up.

The lights on everything don’t flash(or descale light) unless I open the top handle and close it. Descale light never comes off mine, anyone? I have this model

I descaled mine using a pod called afresh! After I finished running the clean water through my machine died. No power! Any idea why?

@@lindar9604 no rinse pods don't clean the inside of the machine. We still need to descale.
