  • With designs that have feature lines in their shape, stripping past the hard angle can be a bit of a trick. I tackle this by over-stripping past the hard angle, then cutting back before starting a new line of strips

A little confusion in the publishing of videos. I pushed out the one after this one prematurely. The next one will come out next week.

❤ Вы молодец, так скрупулезно относитесь к изготовлению каяка! Я тоже строю лодки на берегу Финского Залива в г. Выборг. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

I was happy to see you have to clear the chips out of the robobevel plane with a pencil. ...... just like and as often as I have to. 😉

Yeah, the tiny little shoulder plane is not very good at ejecting chips.

If you skew the grind of the blade on the Robo Bevel you may get the chips to self remove. You would then need two little planes.

I very much enjoy your videos showing your construction methods and process. Thanks for sharing them with all of us. I have missed your postings during the last year or so. I really hope you continue to post them on a regular basis. Any chance you can put together a set of videos on your Alutesque kayak? I think it’s a gorgeous design and hope to build one in the near future.

I really like the Aleutesque as well. I don't know when I will get around to building another.
