The Kabuki PR Deadlift Bar is the product of the same precision engineering that lies at the foundation of all of our bars, and we consider this bar the crowning piece to our competition-standard straight bar trifecta. The PR Deadlift Bar joins the 250k Squat Bar and the 250k Power Bar to complete a trio of bars each with knurling that has set industry standards, design that supports the heaviest of loads for the greatest feats of strength, and craftsmanship that makes every single bar we produce a true work of art. There’s a reason we call it the “PR” Deadlift Bar - this unique take on a popular specialty straight bar currently holds the all-time powerlifting deadlift world record, executed flawlessly by Kabuki friend and Oregon native Danny Grigsby.
What makes it better than the Texas DL bar ?
More bend
It's longer with collars farther apart, which causes more flex. When on a deadlift jack ( with 2 25 kg (~55 lb) plates on each side, it flexes so much that you have to lift the 3rd plate to load it. If the bar has a standard 17.75" diameter plate on them and if it had zero flex theoretically, there's about a 2 inches of clearance between the bottom of the plate and floor. The knurling is also more refined than the Texas knurling. The Texas has a coarser sharper feel while the Kabuki has a finer and slightly less sharp feel. The stainless steel feels a tad sharper than the black oxide version.

What is the pricing on this bar
thinks its 450. check website for most current. Believe its in stock
Look out it’s Duffin’s pool noodle bar.
Why not make a new bench bar with a reverse camber so you can touch your chest earlier aka a 2 board press, will be a pr bench bar
This would make more sense if you compared a board bench to a block deadlift.
That's not true at all is it Chris?
The biggest deadlifts have not been pulled on that bar 😂
Benni didn't use that bar, nor did most other people 🤷🏼
bro that is one of the biggest deadlifts in powerlifting history and the guy your talking about did it with straps pretty sure
@@TheAlbanian638learn what you are talking about my dude, there were two world records set by Benni with no straps
