Sounds so good man, I want to buy these for my 14 stock Shelby GT500 but I don’t have headers or an off road H pipe. Do you think they would still be louder than the factory’s. Or should I just get the Borla S Type.
They will be a little louder, but not crazy, my best advice is to pick up a OFR X-pipe or H pipe from lethal performance. Just deleting the cats will help a lot, than add the super snake axle back.
Any ideas as to if these are that much different than the S types? I know Borla makes the SS mufflers. I'm just stuck between these and the s type quads. Curious if the only difference between them are the tips.
Hey, I saw your blue GT500 you posted a few yrs ago and it had this beautiful supercharger whine at idle. The gray GT500 in this video doesn't have that whine sound at idle. Could you tell me the difference in how you modified your blue gt500 versus this gray gt500? I'm interested in building a GT500 to sounds very identical to the blue one you posted in 2016. My blue 2013 GT500 had a 3.6 Kenne Bell supercharger, Kenne Bells superchargers are pretty loud at idle, my current 2014 GT500 has a VMP Gen3 2.65 TVS, those superchargers are much quiter at idle. My 2013 GT500 was a super snake clone, I usually don't recommend running those big superchargers on stock bottom ends. But it can be done. Please feel free to ask any other questions you might have. Yes it does drone a little on the highway, but nothing to bad, do you have headers on your 2011 or stock manifolds?

I'm about 99% sure the super snake axle back is basically the Borla S-type axle back with the Shelby tips
