While looking at a movie still I noticed the pattern on Shang-Chi’s costume is actually meant to look like dragon scales and the staff has dragon scales on both ends of it.
I’m half Chinese and I say it “Shang-Chi” , I think it’s just the American accents that make it sound like “Shung-Chi” . Not saying how I pronounce it is the correct way. Just thought I’d share how I say it😄
I recently got two of the marvel Legends series I got the comic book version of wolverine and the comic book version of cyclops and then a little while back I also got venom from the newest movie
Now that they've given us the comic yellow and red iron man, I wonder if they will give us that cherry red and chrome gold iron man that they originally showed at toy fair when they unveiled the 80th anniversary line.

With that said, they should rerelease every Iron Man figure that has a gold and red colour scheme with these colours, that recently revealed modular Iron Man in these colours would hit me right in the nostalgia spot since that look was my introduction to Iron Man and he had those colours.

I found this wave at Walmart the other day, and snagged them all. That Shang-Chi trailer hyped me up for the figures. My favorite two from the wave are Civil Warrior and the BAF, but for the MCU figures I gotta go with Death Dealer.
well it's actually because they didn't want all-powerful jewellery after we just had the infinity stones, plus it's like those iron bands around arm weapons that chinese warriors have actually had in the past

I painted in the nails on my Mr. Hyde, normally I don't bother but since the nails were so detailed I felt they needed a sort of ugly yellowing to them

Great review Robo! The designs of the Shang-Chi movie costumes are cool. I agree the waist on Shang-Chi would look so much better without that cut. And no fists is an odd choice. I will say though that seeing them all together at the end, they all look so bored, lol. An alternate angry or fighting head would look good for all of them.
Other than that you needed to be waaaaay more excited to be holding a little Tony Leung in your hand 😉 this was great. Here for the Wenwu figure only because I NEED him…I think…thank you for providing the goods

After re watching Ironman I’m just like damn so the mandarin was gonna kill Tony from the beginning but probably was informed he’s the key to the universes survival and keeping him alive to build his suit was the ten rings entire purpose not making that one missile
This is just a note. The way you can put on the shield without snapping the pegs, just slide it on from the side of the wrist and then turn the shield to the top of the forearm

Is there any way to straighten out that rope weapon? I figure you can cut it with an exacto knife to uncoil it but can you actually straighten it with heat?

The only one that seems somewhat cohesive between comic and movie parts of the wave is Iron Man, and that’s because Mandarin is an Iron Man villain in the comics.
Hey Robo, if you haven’t seen, hasbro has also put out a toy of the “Great Protector” dragon character from the Shang-Chi movie that scales pretty well with legends. Retails for 20 bucks, might be worth checking out for a future review or play day!
I'm only interested in the Iron Man with the holographic Tony Stark head. I'm a big Iron Man fan and the figure looks amazing. The Shang Chi figures don't look particularly interesting enough. I think I'm gonna pass on them.

Civil Warrior is probably my favorite of the entire wave. Been waiting for that figure since we got the Hydra version.

The Mr. Hyde BAF is hat-to-shoe the same design he has in Contest of Champions, but the outfit's from his appearance in Thunderbolts in 2011
