AMRninja7 okay here's the thing, the game has 4 levels or five. if you for example chose level 3 and finished the game, you earn a trophy for level 1 and 2 along with 3 and if you chose level 5 you take the trophies of 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 all together. that's how it works

I dont know if u will read this after 6 years of this comment, but when Drake first entered the city, there was a running fountain with "clean water". He drank from it and turns out its poisoned water which hallucinates people. The poisoned water may be the cause of Shambala being abandoned all of these years.
Ps to answer your question, Sully was never shot, it was all in Drakes head
