Momo’s problem is that her quirk is too versatile. She can create literally anything, but that also means she can get paralyzed by indecision in the heat of the moment. Currently she works best when given enough time to plan, but she needs to be able to create things quickly while fighting. I think if she had a shortlist of objects she is practiced at creating quickly without needing to focus too hard, she’d be able to get her reaction time down a lot.
That's probably where she's at right now, and it's exactly her problem.
When it's necessarily to climb something, she produces a rope ladder because it's easy to think of; there's a strong association between the concept of a ropeladder and its function.
But solving the problem in that way is a preconception that inhibits the full range of what her quirk can do. If it were a one-way trip down, then she could have cut down on energy and production time by securing one end of the line, and then making a simple cable with attachment points for the other heroes to grab only as she lowers the thread and produces it at the same time.
It's not like she hasn't used her items in an unconventional way before like with he Russian dolls.
With some combat training and a shortlist of items she becomes proficient with she could be like a young Erza Scarlet

All Momo really needs it to think more broadly and with a bit more creativity, and she's basically unstoppable.

Mineta get the creation quirk and keep his prevy-ness so he will have a reason to actually be in UA

Momo get the Grape ball quirk and keep her smarts and glasses so she can mainly focus on her smarts and tactics to win with the grape quirk
it's really disappointing how she was wrote.
Because in the story she was supposed to be a Top student with potential like shoto or that wind guy or other guy who was a recommendation to UA so they didn't have to take the test to get in.

An amazing aspect of her quirk evolution could be if she develops the ability to photosynthesize, which would remove the weakness of limited fat. She could use light to produce sugars and compact them into fat.

If she could create organic matter, then she'd be a living perpetual motion machine because the calories she expends creating items is very clearly disproportionate to the amount she consumes.
That or her fat compromise a pocket dimension and she spend every waking moment of her time outside of school eating the most calorific food she can possibly find so that she has enough fat to produce steel howitzers that weigh more than she does.

They really haven't given her a LOT of chances to show off her new combat skills in the manga since the tournament, OR the fight with Aizawa. Pretty much all other moments is her creating support items or tactical planning. Indeed she was a born leader in that respect, and certainly provided stuff the won the fights! And again in a big group team her best funciton would be directing the close combat or range or Mobility characters to do the fighting while she provided the plans and the items: but we haven't really gotten to see if she's improved at one-on-one combat yet. Hopefully we DO get to see it. Closest thing we got was her fight witht he big-fist girl: which was awkward to board since Momo could have gone with a cannon or bomb (or gun), as was hinted but they assumed she'd never go that far.... and w/o going that far should couldn't beat someone so good as Close Combat....
I think what Momo lacks is learning athleticism and hand to hand combat. Like imagine her learning gymnastics or like martial arts and pair it with utilities and weapons she makes. She can be a badass hero for sure.
I agree with learning combat, but I think she would need to find a way to slow down her metabolism to maintain her fat cell count, so she could still use her quirk. because if she burns fat trying to be more fit/athletic, she would need to find a way to use less cells to maintain quality creations. so it sorta balances out.
@@SilvaShadow1990 Right right, combat and athletics do really burn some fats. OR she could at least prepare the utilities she needs for a mission and at the same time she can make other utilities during the mission (like for emergency/contingency purpose)

That'd be kinda nuts, it'd also open the doors to her just absoring and re-arranging stuff around her that she didn't create.
After all the things she's making aren't made out of fat, she's rearranging the atoms that make up her lipids into these items.

Momo is only limited by her preference of being support to others and tendency to overthink. If she was more aggressive like bakuguo, she would be walking Arsenal with ruthless efficiency(creating military grade weapons like, flamethrowers, guns, grenades like in one’s justice, flashbangs). She could even potientially make original weapons like frank west style, rocket powered gauntlets, mini mechs, turrets.
She could probably even create elements like water, acids, explosive compounds, etc. This is literally infinite
As costume upgrade just fillin most spots with clothes made out of her hair, so doesn’t have to be as exposed and could likely create more, replace her book with a personal computer on her wrist (like a smart watch, they have the tech) with thousands of chemical recipes
It is possible that should could make those but all of those are way more intricate than cannons
Cannons actually makes sense they deal high damage to a controlled spot and aren’t as intricate as most weapons

Momo could break into the top 3 of 1-A if she worked on her weaknesses rather than just solely focusing on her strengths. Creati has shoehorned herself into the King's piece role when she has the potential to do it all. She folds like a bad poker hand when having to defend against all-out attacks. Creati needs to develop a standard go-to action plan for common encounters and branch out from there in a fight.
Another problem is her obsession with cannons without consideration of their drawbacks for her which are many.
1. Horrible accuracy against single targets so for long-range, she can't be counted on to do anything other than be a distraction.
2. They are TOO much power and would kill targets if she doesn't hold back which is very bad cause it wastes energy and time.
3. Creating them takes a lot out of her cause of their mass meaning after she uses a couple of shots she KO's herself.
4. Subtlety is out of the question when in a fight so if she needs to not attract attention Creati is outta luck.
If I was a teacher, I would force Creati to confront her shortcomings rather than build her strengths, teach her how to fight from the ground up both to win as well as losing the fight but winning the day, and teaching Creati about developing a playbook for how to get control of a villain in an efficient manner as "efficiency" is not a part of Creati's vocabulary when it really needs to be the foundation of her fighting style.

I believe the evolution of her quirk is that she can reupsorb her creations but not anything she didn't make so she wouldn't run out of fat to use. for instants her re ubsorbing a shield she made and then make a staf/powl

First thing she needs to develop whenever she finally gets in touch with a support course student. Is a kind of Arm Canon which can be reloaded directly by her quirk. And then, similar to videogame characters like Samus and Megaman, she could just focus on developing a huge variety of charges to use on said Canon.
And I still thinking, if she could study the composition of Bakugou's sweat, Mineta's sticky hair (or Sero's Tape), she would instantly become a power house.
It also highlights her lack of creativity when it comes to the use of her quirk but still no upgrade or alteration to the quirk itself, if I would to make some suggestions I would go with something like being able to replicate any she touches without needing to know anything about its atomic makeup or being able to break down inorganic materials to replenish her self or something along those lines.

I think an interesting quirk evolution that sorta goes against it but at the same time doesnt is storage of items. Imagine if hatsume created some crazy tech that momo can't create but can store as fat and bring out whenever then she could have so much more versatility without her having to worry about the composition

I think a great Ultimate Move for her would be to bust out a full body Ironman-Style suit. If she was to make a mock-up design with someone like Hatsume so the creation could provide n both offensive and defensive options in great variety, give mobility and strength support for a lipid deficient Momo, and be able to make it all at a low enough or fixed lipid cost (a specific fat reserve she can be constantly aware to always be able summon on the suit as last resort) would be awesome. Maybe even low tier versions with only one of those features focused on like a suit that gives high vital areas protection while leaving areas exposed to still make objects.
I would personally make that low tier armour her everyday costume compared to the one she wears now. She may as well fight naked Mirio style for all the protection her costume currently offers in exchange for mobility...which she also doesn't need since she could make literally anything to enhance that at will.

her quirk up grade would be to use her creation quirk with other peoples fat instead of her own and Or use any organic matter out side of herself (maybe even completely transform organic things into inorganic ). She still has a limit even though it doesn't seem like it . But one was clearly built into her character . I assume the fat cell to atomic particulars is not equal . So she can create a fairly large object with just a little bit of fat . Or its not the size but the amount of time she uses her quirk .

Some that would be crazy: Momo trains under Stain and learns how to use swords and be very stealthy and good in 1 on 1 combat and trains making guns and other items but she becomes an Anti Villian like Stain and a cool moment would be if Shoto had to capture her.

Honestly if she were to train herself with a melee weapon id give her a spiked pavise. Both a defense cuz shield and very notable offensive capability whilst leaving a free hand to do what else she would need to as for quirk evolution i the quirk itself wouldn't change much outside of output-liptid useage ratio increase however if a big change would happen id let her disassemble non-organic objects she could create and effectively scan them allowing her to gain almost immediate access to the makeup of it provided she can handle and process the incoming information. Like taking a moment to do it based on the objects complexity.
i have an idea for momo what if see makes nanobot armour and creates it in a manner that its sticks to the skin and protects her but cant be seen and the aromur has battle features which will be cool and counteract her vunreability to pushed pushed around by force from other quirks

I think getting that martial arts training will help her tremendously !
My money is on that she could create more complex creations not just a sheet of metal as a shield but something like robots or robotic limbs growing from her and that she can control her creations. She could cover herself with an Arsenal similar to a Gundam robot.
Her version in mha games are better than the anime or manga😂😂. Hope she can change her weapons of choice.

Maybe for a post timeskip hero suit for Momo instead of having a book on her back she has Google's that shows her the molecular structure of whatever she wants to create. And make her suit out of hair so that she can cover up her body more. Kind of like Mirio Togata. That is what I would like to see in the future and I am not even talking about her quirk.

I always thought momo had always been limiting her full potential and never realized what her true power was. Momo in theory can create anything that’s non-living. Meaning, instead of just making gadgets and weapons. Can’t she pretty much use the power of the elements in her arsenal? She can in theory be almost like a Shoto if she wanted or any element type quirk user for that matter. I always felt like she limits herself to just logic and she doesn’t unleash her full power with logic AND imagination.
She might know that but it also might be harder for her to produce that especially fire. Considering fire is a reaction. And idk if she could do ice either because she at no point has shown she has control of the temperature of the item

She could be a Midnight or a Bakugo if just learned how there quirks produce the substance from normal food explosions, and sleep fumes should work with her quirk she is op but she makes cannons and if you say midnights quirk would put her to sleep she can make a gas masks she is a counter to most villians

thats literally the fucking point of her character. It’s already stated he gave an inexperienced student (momo) a pro hero quirk because he thought it was interesting. Her writing isn’t ass she’s literally the second best written female in class A. It shows you never payed attention to her development in the anime or manga.
most importantly she would become important/richest science revolutionizing person in the world. Carbon fiber nanotubes for space elevators, better hero suits, vehicle/building construction and much more.
She can create a suit of armor (one that resembles the Ingenium armor that Iida wears)

I believe Momo doesn’t use her quirk to its fullest potential. I get that everyone is learning and not at their best yet, but if anything I think she could be like the Batman of class 1A, just with the power to create. If she learned how to fight and had a list of basic things she would need in a combat situation that would make her a fun character to watch.
Maybe a support user makes blue prints like Hatsume or Melissa for Momo to create them....that is her truimph card when fighting a big villian. There is no need to create them unless destroyed.

Making a bunch of stuff is her specialty but her usage does need work. She’s amazing, but she truly is nothing but utility until she gets better combat training. The ultimate utility but utility nonetheless. She does love her cannons though.
No, I hate the limits placed on this girl. I view her like a M class mutant or whatever xmen call it. I mean she should've been able to create a jet for the opening round of the sports festival. I view her abilities to be over powered. Her creations only limited to her imagination. So crazy she could travel through space and create planets, suns, life. It feels cheap and lazy to make her so weak because they know how powerful and dangerous a power like creation could really be. Maybe she needs to go villain and be given a quirk by afo of endless energy so she can reach her full potential.
Why would you create a jet for a freakin festival ._. On top of that you need fuel and a jet is pretty big , there might even be a size limit to what she can create
