When I was 12 I went to Bobby Charlton's soccer school in Manchester and one of the guest pro footballers to show up was Gordon who had recently joined United! He came over to our practice group and we were able to get a quick Q&A session with him, I raised my hand and he pointed right at me and said yes you wee man in the United shirt what's your question son to which I replied Gordon, who in the whole wide world would you most like to play with? And without skipping a beat he replied Bo Derek! The coaches were pissing themselves laughing and all us young lads were clueless and asking each other who does Bo Derek play for? He went on to correct himself and inform us that Bryan Robson because as a player he had everything! Top lad Gordon, a top player in his day and one of the few true characters left in the game!
This is one guy in football I can't stand at all. Nothing Celtic related. I just think for a guy at 4'4" and being a ginger, he's got an arrogance that only comes from catching his daughter getting snaked by Riordan! 🤫🤫🤫
