    Really useful video thanks guys.
    I have some floorboards that a] seem larger than what I can buy nowadays, b) squeak ever since I had my carpet cleaned following oil based paint spill.
    Looking at the installation on this video, could I change my floorboards to these larger type floorboards?

    Just moved house and have this issue. Would get you to do it as I don’t have the tools but you’re in Torquay and I’m about 450 miles away. Typical!
