I remember reading (in lowrider magazine) that there are more 58 impalas in Japan than there are left in the USA. As someone who grew up in the SoCal lowrider scene I love the level of dedication they have to these things it's awesome
That Geo Prism being in Japan is fucking cool. Although I assume, being that it's RHD that he's just had Geo parts shipped over and made a replica, but still cool.
12:15 that ones not been unlocked yet, you need to do a couple more races.
Or Maybe The Car Texture Is Not Load Properly
American Graffiti, Vanishing point, The 70s gone in sixty seconds, Dirty Mary/ Crazy Larry, Hot Rod, Bullit, Return to Macon county... I could go on and on. My dad was huge into muscle cars and drove the 56 Chevy he bought as a teenager until the month he passed away. She's safe in my garage. Right next to my Ae86.
Nice, glad you still have the Chevy in the family.
Ae86 Hachi American Graffiti was a kick-ass movie.
Sigma Projects Thanks man. She's seen plenty of use and abuse. I hope to one day give it a proper restoration.
Grindcore Racer Iotta dream iron in that movie that's for sure!
Why does everyone forget Hollywood Knights? It had Project X in it and a sick Pontiac GTO.
Alexi got no time for kids n shit
She kept interrupting my shots, lol
She was funny tho >
noriyaro I bet she kept trolling you haha.
Im dying lmaoooo alexi gives no fucks
8:55 - Papa bless.
papa's in the house :D
couple of soddie pops
People who watch H3H3 and noriyaro?? 😃😃😃
I'm not gonna lie, this is definitely me when I'm in Japan.
have you seen chef
I can't even imagine how expensive a Cuda must be in Japan. The prices are insane in the US, for an import of a classic car there they have to be pushing 6 figures for something decent
Tiberius Hrafn-Úlfur were those cuda wagons in the beginning with the challenger/cuda headlights or is that just a front clip kit?
Tiberius Hrafn-Úlfur they were 70 plymouth satellite wagons. basically the same as a roadrunner tront end.
the roadrunner and satellite wagon are like the nissan skyline and the stagea wagon.
Thanks for commenting, I wasn't sure what kind of wagon those were.
they may have found them there and restored them. Wasabicars did a video were there were a bunch of American muscle cars just sitting in a lot with weeds growing over them.
I swear you live in that carpark now and they just bring cars to you
Please visit lowrider event, I think I'm not the only one who's interested in japanese lowrider scene
Thank you for your videos!
cool username I second that, hit up the other homies 😎.
and the mini trucks!
I want to see it also. Japanese car culture is pretty awesome.
cool username it will be dank.
Dude that's a cool username
hot rods in Japan that's freaking awesome
Man that AAR Cuda!!! So much money right there, and rare as hell!
I'm from Canada and used to seeing these types of cars all the time. But I would still go to an event like this in Japan. Great coverage, hope to see more vids from events like this.
Classic car shows in the states are usually pretty chill, especially aircooled vw shows. The only ones that aren't that chill are the tuner ones because everyone gets into little cliques and act all weird when you wanna ask about their cars.
Keaton Lusk agreed dude. the classic jdm shows are cool though.
yes but those aren't as popular, at least where I'm from
Keaton Lusk yup I was drooling over a 454 ss Chev truck at a free anyone can come show and a tuner butted in my conversation about big blocks saying they aren't shit and blah blah.
Exactly why I bring my Skyline to the predominately American car shows in small towns. Mostly chill old guys. "Import/JDM" people are often so obnoxious.
Thats the beauty of japan shows. Peoplr apreciate any type of car. Tuner, ricer, bosozoku, lowridee, hot rod
For Japanese people, that was an import car show? :)
Nope!
Ano hito tachi wa onnaji shumi de tada tada wake ai ai shiteru dakedesu.
Show mo nanimo arimasen yo. Tabun sns de renraku shiatte atsumari mashita de aro kato omoimasu yo.
for anyone thats not american/canadian this is an import car show xD
@@chromedome745 If a car from the US is brought over to Canada it's still considered an import.
@@TimothyJavier i mean they sold American muscle cars in Canada from dealerships so alot of these are not classed as imports as they were sold on the Canadian domestic market, if you buy a car that was never sold in Canada and then imported it you own an import (basically most cars in most countries are imports but when people talk about imports like this they mean it was never sold in that country) makes it rarer and special and someone really wanted it to go out of their way to import it, like the Japanese guys that own muscle cars from the 60s that where never even sold in japan to start with
@@chromedome745 Does that mean if I buy a USDM 370Z from a Nissan dealership in the US it's not considered an import even though it was made in a factory in Japan?
bless you for keeping the van scene alive, Japan.
So good that you show us all these different cars. Some of them are awesome and they actually sell in Europe second hand. So the dreams are alive!
20:36 is just..... fuck yeah.
What has instapawn to do with this video or comment?
"I have only 20 minutes to cover the entire show "
makes a 22 minutes 59 second video out of that time, I'd say you've got amazing time management! covering the event with all the time you have left
noriyaro is love, noriyaro is life.
Thatcleans13 Hell yeah ma boi
Hi Alexi! You said you are trying a new mic today. It sounds awesome and cancels the noise from surrounding. Could you please let us know the model? Thank you.
@ 5:57, I too cannot control myself when I see legs in stockings
wtf
@@snowblue1225 He means looking man not anything else.
these car meet videos are great, really shows the passion everyone has for cars/bikes...
Keep up the great work!
no matter what car show you go to, i find it super interesting. the car culture in japan is so cool
That'd be a pretty killer car show even over in the US. Thanks for taking us around for a look!
I really enjoyed this video, the workmanship is amazing. I seriously dont mind if you more 'exotics meets'
That papa johns delivery car is amazing. sound is good btw.
I'm from Houston Texas. I drive an R32 GTR and I love JDM cars, BUT I absolutely love this scene in Japan. The muscle cars and regular USDM cars there are better than a lot of ours down here. This is incredible.
That rollout put a big smile on my face, just awesome to see THAT many different styles together. And yeah, lowriders together with those 50s styled 'Leadsled' type of cars are my guilty pleasure. Keep it up Alexi, big support from The Netherlands!
you forgot two lane blacktop, if you've never seen that you need too.
That was exactly the one I was trying to think of to mention in the video, thank you.
lkporter1989 I loved how the movie had very little dialogue. the movie spoke for itself
Hot Rods to Hell, was a favorite when I was a kid, now it's pretty dumb.
BTW those rusty looking old cars are called Rat Rods in the states.
Didn't see your comment and posted the same thing up top.
That black firebird was sweet
So cool that Japan has great custom and hot rod culture! Thanx for vid Alexi!
i love seeing the japanese enthusiasm and passion for automobiles and car culture.
Hi Alexi, enjoy your videos but can I make a recommendation. I think you should invest in a gimbal stabilizer as you do alot of walk and talk, with sharpe camera movements I find I get slight nausea from this. Also this will improve your production quality and really lift your game as a UA-camr. Something to think about anyway...
For these sorts of shows, I think you might be right...
I get slight nausea and headaches sometimes.
I did too! I had to pause it.
Matt Ford I totes gree, brah. It will up production quality immensely.
noriyaro I second that motion. It will bring your production quality to another level✌️
I love seeing this.
It makes me so happy to see other cultures embracing ones that aren't their own.
I love these giant mixing pots.
I am very curious, do Japanese love it when they see Americans, etc embracing the import/ drift style?
Thats so cool seeing so many different kinds of card culture styles in one place.
Awesome event. Awesome cars. I love that little Mad Max Kei car. New microphone was fantastic. Looking forward to future videos. Keep up the good work.
I think the "single solid colour SUV" thing is supposed to look like a clay concept car maybe?
Howdy Noriyaro, my name is Kenichi Smith.
I'm a 27 year old Japanese Toonaholic (Cartoon fan for you foreigners). I draw cartoons and comics on my tablet, and spend my days perfecting my art and playing superior American games. (Halo, Gears of War, Call of Duty)
I train with my 1911 every day, this superior weapon can shoot straight through steel because it kicks ass, and is vastly superior to any other weapon on earth. I earned my gun license two years ago, and I have been getting better every day.
I speak English fluently, both the Midwestern and the East Coast accents, and I write fluently as well. I know everything about American history and their Constitution, which I follow 100%
When I get my American visa, I am moving to New York to attend a prestigious High School to learn more about their magnificent culture. I hope I can become an animator for Nickelodeon or a game designer!
I own several cowboy outfits, which I wear around town. I want to get used to wearing them before I move to America, so I can fit in easier. I keep cool to my elders and seniors and speak English as often as I can, but rarely does anyone manage to respond.
+1 relevant copypasta.
Took me three visit to notice what you meant by your comment!
I just love the variety in car scene you got over there and furthermore that you show us every kind of style you can find a meet of!
absolutely amazing, such a nice vibe, you can always hear people laughing and having a good time :D
Amazing video..I really love the Japan culture!!THAT END THOUGH
please make a video about modification laws in Japan, it would be realy interesting.
it's nice seeing the different car cultures of Japan along with all of your drift videos. would love to see more like this!
Man I always looking forward for his uploads, top notch content! And japan never ceases to amaze me.
The new mic sounds good, it's really smooth

E X T R A T H I C C.
ive never been this early on one of these videos. wouldnt it be sick if the man himself replied to my comment. would make my day :)
About to go have lunch, but I will anyway.
+noriyaro your a good man thanks for all the content and knowledge amazing stuff every time
thats the truth
The Mic works amazing! I so look forward to seeing all your videos. I always watch them to the end. The content you cover always keeps me wanting more
this is the best video I've ever watched on UA-cam thank u so much
Please go to the lowrider event. I'm interested to see how that scene's in Japan.
Also, what's with that Monsters Inc. logo at 22:04 ??
I love seeing the Japanese take on American things. I find it very interesting
Just wanted to say thanks for the content you are putting out Alexi. It's awesome to see everything from within Japan itself. Like everyone else, I am planning to go to Japan one day and man I'd love to get to meet you. Really want to go there to drift, learn from all you guys and go see the old country. Hopefully I'll get to meet Dr. Hatsumi as well.
Again, thanks for all you do.
This is freaking awesome!! More please.
Legend says if you are early, Senpai replies.

Senpai noticed me ○~○
dawg you're a rookie
Freakeroid I do reply.
Bunta Fujiwara You are not Senpai.
you missed all the sweet d21 hardbodys
This is absolutely amazing. Thank you so much.
That was an amazing car show, love seeing them.
Does everyone in Japan just own custom cars?
NOTIFICATION SQUAAADDD
Beautiful event.. My heart is falling in love for Japan ☮✌😍🔰🇯🇵
thanks man! love seeing when you've uploaded new videos, always so entertaining!
So i searched "Dream Factory Blow" and I was not disapointed ;) ;)
2:56 My datsun. Thankyou ありがとう:)
620 RATSUN nice job. Had a 620 & 521 in the US back in the 80s, broke my heart at 3:30 when he was walking towards the 521 & turned away.
I've recently found your channel and it has had a huge positive influence on the car culture aspect of my life. Thank you so much for your channel. Life changing
It's always great to see shows like these, especially here where they're real big...
I'm good with pretty much anything you post jdm or not
Oh my lord, those ford f100 pickups..... i want to import one of those into australia, my dream car.
Kaneikins They are sold in Australia, most aussie's just ran them until they broke.
I think around the 70's they were produced in Aust but I want the 50's which I would prefer to import rather than buy here.
love the channel, keep up the great work!
japan is the car culture center of the world, such passion and dedication for cars and everything about it
That kid was adorable
Currently watching the video. So far I'm at 1:34 , and I like what I see, very well restored cars, nothing too gawdy or over the top. Just nicely kept, classy cars ^^
TechPassion It changed slightly in the following 21 minutes... 😂 😂
Just love the amount and varieties of car culture you have there Alexi. Please visit as many of the meets as you can and share them with us. Though I will say, I'm a bit disappointed I didn't see that many Mustangs there.
I love the car meet videos, they're so interesting and entertaining.
All these American cars and no burnouts! I guess they are frowned upon on public roads in Japan?
Spencer Valek There just wasn't a big enough crowd to plow into...
BigWheel there weren't any mustangs at that show and most land barges go pretty straight during a burnout
Spencer Valek A monster like some of those wagons can go through about 40 people with ease if you aim it correctly
Although Japanese are lighter and smaller than American people
A crowd of about 80/90 would be a good start...
It's all about aim my friend
This used to be at a different location but we got kicked out because of burn outs and basically being loud. Almost didnt have this show because of it.
20:11 guy is a time traveler.
BCJDM from the year 2003
haha
BCJDM Straight from the year 2000... 😂
Still cool to see something like that today! 👍
In the US or anywhere in europe he would probably get shitted on / called a "ricer"...
Kev27RS you’re so right it’s so sad
Hes just completed all nfs underground races
I love that no one is doing a burn out, blasting their music, drifting, or revving their engines like in the states. Proper meet.
Dig the style this type of event, such a large variety of enthusiast's.
Enjoy seeing they have more then just one style of car to customize.
Great vid as always
5:57 getting a little distracted?
she wanted the initial-D
WhiteWater 👌😂😂
it's 1:00 in the morning in America noriyaro. I know you're in Japan but come on dude
(HEY BTW I'M BEING SARCASTIC)
Stephen Beaulieu spoiled
Stephen Beaulieu so he should just cater your needs then. It's not like you just go to sleep and watch it later. It's almost UA-cam is an on demand service.
relax I'm being sarcastic
Stephen Beaulieu you could have said that, wasnt really clear
that better?
Really enjoyed this video, especially the roll out portion. Cheers from Atlanta.
More of these please! This is interesting!
aaaaaa
You win. Cookie in the mail.
WOOOO HELL YEAH
Son of a ......
lockhead aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa lol
A lot of this stuff is pretty ordinary for America, but somehow them being in Japan boosts the awesome into space. And LOL at that USDM civic. Everyone in my HS had one. AND I HAD A POPA JOHNS topper for the longest time i stole from an old job. SHouldve sold it over there instead of shooting it to bits at a firing range like we did.
finally, been waiting for your video for weeks now :)
Incredible show much respect for the coverage carina gtr was my fav
Japan has more cool American cars than America does. Or at least unique
We certainly have some cars like them over here, but you find one or two each local car show. There in Japan it's easier to see that if youre dedicated enough to import something like them you'd want to go all-out
Besides, for Americans "its just another old chevy", when for people outside of US those cars are something they rarely see if at all.
Because they take good care of them, they don't treat them like scrap metal.
lol, have you ever been to a car meet in Cali? There is stuff just as amazing in America easily.
I live in SoCal. The classic car meets and shows here are unrivaled.
Still, it's really cool to see the Japanese scene. Much better than I would have expected.
8:10 e36😍😍😍
My day is made every time you post a video
Really good video. Those cars are really well maintained, clearly a lot of love there. I loved the Mitsubishi Jeep, freaking awesome! Thanks!! BTW, I'd love to see that lowrider meeting.
18:00
My name's Buck, and I'm here to f-
more videos of you drifting pls
I met that guy who showed you his modified Hiace back in January in Japan. He owns DMC paint and kustoms in Chiba, actually on the same road Top Secret is located on. He showed me around his workshop, his customer cars and his drag build he was working on. If I remember it was an old 50s or 60s mazda with a cappuccino engine in it. Really nice friendly guy, and sums up the hospitality in Japan for people traveling just to witness the car culture. Looking forward to re visiting his shop again in January.
This was a nice change of pace. Loved it! Please visit the lowrider event. I think it's safe to say a lot of people here just love cars and would love to see all these different types.
Why is it that the Japanese do american car better than americans?
kyle wilkinson lol they dont
..trust me. we have massive car shows for just one brand.
Economy is probably better or somthing.
Probably because they're more special in Japan, whereas they're all fairly 'normal' to see in America.
Someone has never been to a classic car show in southern California...
u have obviously never been to a car show in the south
Stop scrolling.
Video starts at 0:00 and ends at 22:59
Thank me later
Dead meme. Give it up. This was never funny.
Me love you long time bb.
anything car related is great keep up the excellent videos
love these kind of video's
Love the content Alexi.
This just proves how awesome and unique the japanese car scene is. Wow.
great community you guys have!
Good video. I love the mini trucks that I saw. I wish they were more available here in the states
