To be honest I'm not going to blame the kids , it's more the adults not teaching their kids , creators not making content that help them pay attention and learn or be entertained in a way they would be intertanded for longer than 20 seconds , also not all gen alphas are idiots , I know kids smart as hell and who know to be good people , so in my opinion , these kids are good - it's just how their parents raise them.
Indeed, it is all based on the parents, that's why I can't understand (unless they're doing it for ytube clicks) why they think Gen z or Gen a are the worst generation. Not all parents because im gen z and im a freshmen and my parents did everything and raise me well like they don't drink, curse, or smoke. And even tho they don't do that I do. and they be on me and ground me and I do. So I don't think the parents should be the one with the blame. It's all up to the kids cuz they be grabbing everything from trends and/or friends.
@@teaganbuckson8463thankfully I never had parents like that, because 1 I was born in 2000 and the internet will still limited, no iPad’s or iPhones, and UA-cam didn’t even exist. My parents always kept their eyes on me and if they were busy like with work I’d go to one my aunt’s houses and babysit me. And to be fair I had a pretty decent childhood in the 2000’s with great parents and watching the greatest shows and movies that came out that my parents showed me, and I came out just fine.
I totally agree with you, I’m going to raise my kids to actually have a future and properly take care of them.
As a 09, I push back Gen Z to 2011 bc i've grown up with a lot of 2010 kids and they're not really gen alpha and I talk to the 2011s sometimes and some of them always say some bs like "looksmaxxing rizz ohio" and other cringe shit (edit: i've read all the replies to my comment and I confirm that if you're born after 2013 you're cooked)

the worst part is, the parents don’t believe that their “sweet baby angel” could do such a thing, or they just don’t care. therefore, the kids know that they won’t get any consequences (especially since the teachers aren’t really allowed to get involved, or else they risk getting sued or fired) just the other day there was around 4-6 girls who jumped a kid because she “stole her vape” when in reality, she just lost it. they ended up beating her so badly she got sent to the ER
with a broken ankle and rib and there is now a blood stain on the sidewalk (keep in mind these kids are like 12-13yr 😭)

‘06 child here. Hi. I remember the days of biking outside, street ball with friends, scarps on the knees and elbows, trails in the woods, wii sports, any sport in general, etc. I could go on and on. But I noticed, since I have a generational gap between me in my sister, that this new generation is so lazy. And the way they be talking to adults, heck, even my parents. I don’t want to be that almost adult who says “these kids and there damn phones” but seriously. There is no common respect for others and themselves, and there is no care of anything in their lives. I’m praying that things can get better for all of them because these will eventually be grown people that have power, control, and say in the world.

As gen z, I would say that gen alpha probably starts in 2013, because I have little cousins who were born in 2012, and they act just like gen z, because they at least go outside and grew up in the late 2010s, so I would say 2013 is where gen alpha starts, because I saw some random 10 year old (2013 baby) literally shout words related to gen a, and he had an ipad in his hands, which was pretty ironic, so I would say gen z = 1997-2012 and gen alpha = 2013-2028

I'm barely a gen alpha but I grew up like a gen alpha I'm so glad my parents didn't let me watch UA-cam at a early age so I could grow up with great shows like The Amazing World Of Gumball and Regular Show and Adventure Time. If I never watched those I wouldn't be who I am today. (edit) almost everyone in my high school young or not smokes and vapes and takes weed fortunately not anyone that's friends or cousins. And when I did watch UA-cam or use devices it was either to animate or watch people like Dantdm and his diamond minecart series.

As a teenager, it wasn't because of covid at the time but because of my bad grades throughout the school year between 2019-2020, was basically not trying because I lost motivation and was going through hard time in my life, I was always stressful and wasn't happy but I managed to pull through, almost had to be held back from going to High School of the next year and staying an extra year at Middle School instead because of how terrible I was doing but the teachers gave me a chance after school ended in May and I passed, currently I'm a Juniors in High School, crazy how time flies right?

To show you just how BAD that sounds or like how smaller my friend group really gotten, I remember my mother taking a picture of me and ALL my friends from my kindergarten days, I think it was atleast around a dozen people so 12+, if you were to ask me how many people I'm still friends with I will only say only two people from my friend group during that time-frame including myself, that's around ONLY 25% of the people from that picture my mum took I'm still friends with, the rest of the people either met different friends groups, or move to diff schools, that's just sad tbh, cause those other people I grew up and knew, they are some of the coolest people I know and remember the good days when we would hang out as classmates, no matter if it was recess, lunch or the classroom we would do it as a team, and now looking back I wish I got to know them better...
Also one my friend he plays a game I'm not interested called Genshin Impact, and even tho the game has a bad reputation, I honestly don't care, he's one of the only best friends I personally knew and grew with since kindergarten and I personally wouldn't mind trying the game out and just telling him that is cool that he's playing a game like that, most people nowadays are too judgmental or caught up in social medias, and getting on hate bandwagons is actually sad when you look at it, I miss the days when you could just look up vine videos, hop on COD BO2, GTA V or Minecraft on the Xbox 360 and just set-up a party chat and have one of the best experiences with the boys no one would argue, only laughs and memories were made, it was def simple times

I’m 13 turning 14 next month I have change a lot. I used to be like this but then when I was 12 some thing snap in side me and I didn’t want to sit inside all damn day, I didn’t want to be weird, didn’t want to be skinny anymore and what change my mindset. DRAGON BALL Z! That show inspired me as a person and my life is better now. I feel like a new person, a new man. Then I start a UA-cam channel and now I’m here with almost 700 subs and soon I’m getting a job so far it’s been great.

I was just barely Gen Z and I am so glad I have who I have for parents because they are amazing. They provide a great household for me and my brothers and they teach us values that we can use through the rest of our lives and I wish more people could have the same growing up that I did.

As a person in Generation Z who happens to be Canadian, teachers get paid fairly, and school seems to be more controlled in Canada. However, I'm seen some out-of-pocket things here as well, just not as frequent. This is also a great video.
I think most of our country's problems stem outside of gen alpha bullshit, like the sky high house prices and rents and the fact that our country is batshit boring to the point most of my classmates are on their phones 16 hours a day

As someone born in late 2009, I think that getting a phone when starting middle school felt like the worst mistake of my life. Can't imagine what I would be like before I got my phone at double digits. It got even worse when I got iPads at middle school. Literally, schools have iPads. I feel like the big heads at Big Tech are aiming to capitalize over kids like me.

Im an 05 and I grew up with 03’ 04’s 05’s 06’s and 07’s as well, Im glad I was born in the early 2000’s most things that impacted our gen we all experienced it. cartoons, sports, video games, music. One thing I can say is that most of us share some similarities in our childhood lives and we actually used to have fun together and respect each other and people

I was born in 2005 and I remember millennials making the same type of videos on gen-z, and now it's quite funny watching our generation make the same videos on the gen alpha. Gen alpha will soon grow up and will start to make a larger part of youth culture as our generation gets older, and unfortunately we will see ourselves slowly fade into irrelevancy. The word is cyclical and there is nothing we can do about it.

still looking for the answer to the math at 1:36? If so, it's basically Euler's formula (e^ix = cosx + sinx). Put simply, it's a sort of link between trigonometry functions (math to do in a circle) and exponential functions (x^n problems). The equation is just what people would have to do if we didn't already know what the end answer was, aka the formula. This is what I remember, and I'm not spending 2 hours researching it.
i was born in 2011, recently turned 13 and im pretty sure that classifies me as generation alpha. i agree with many statements in this video, especially the one about lack of self respect. while i''m no angel myself, it is strange to see girls my/around my age posting questionable pictures on instagram and the such, then claim to be 'loyal' or whatever. of course posting your body is totally normal, but sometimes it makes its way into questionable territory.
also have to heavily agree that generation alpha has some of the worst brainrot garbage bs media out right now. i have to thank my sister because without her i wouldn't have known about all this amazing media i would not have been exposed to otherwise. but at the end of the day, i feel that the main problem is the parenting. my parents have taught me respect & to strive for my goals, and i feel i'm doing just fine. great video!
