I lived at The Frederic in 2023 in the same floor plan featured in this video. It was a 1 bedroom junior (not quite a full one bedroom) at 650 sq. ft. There was a move-in incentive with one month free rent at that time since The Frederic was only a year old. I was the first tenant in my unit which was an amazing experience. My base rent for a 15 month lease was $2485. Parking was an issue since the Frederic has limited parking spaces in their garage which is located on the ground floor next to the lobby. I had to lease a single parking space at $375 a month next door at the U.S. Bank building that had an agreement with the Frederic to allow their tenants to park on the 6th floor parking level. Hauling groceries or anything heavy was an issue since there were only a few yellow loading zones available at the side street next to the Frederic. Events at the Golden 1 Center created havoc for tenants at the Frederic. Streets are blocked off around the building and parking at the U.S. Bank garage was a nightmare since it served as public parking for the events at the Golden 1. The Frederic building management group were really great. They provided events for tenants to participate in and the lobby area was always decorated beautifully during holidays. The gym was great and they have an indoor bike locker and dog wash. The walls of the units are thick and I hardly noticed any noise from my neighbors but the front door was thin and poorly insulated and the noise from the hallway (doors slamming shut) was annoying.
