Thank you for the decisional chart at the end. I will use it as a reminder for these selection cases. In cases of non-extraction on an adult, I am guessing you would prioritize distalisation with or without tads, right ?

Nowadays I rarely extract premolars . Arch expansion turbos and proximal stripping I do.
