Shreddie, I have a question about the harness, chi battery and gle haven’t been much help. Did you have to cut and separate the fuses of the harness to connect them individually to its - & + sides? Any help would be appreciated
How’s the range? Debating on either the 72v 45 ah pulsar or 66 pulsar. They have the same continuous kw but the 66v has a slightly higher peak. Same wh on both
Say man, I'm watching vids right now comparing different controllers and it was pointed out that the BAC4000 will not work with a Sotion motor. I can't confirm if this is true or not, but I know you mentioned you were getting a Sotion and I know you run a BAC4000. If true, are you considering a different controller upgrade? I've been looking at the EBMX X9000. Those look great.
Nice Chi upgrade. Hey what tire sizes is your friend running at @4:21? I notice he's got a larger Shinko 241 in the rear and a smaller Shinko 244 in the front. At least it appears so. Any benefit to that for pavement riding? I'm thinking of just getting an identical set of 241's to replace my old stock tires. Can't decide between that or 244's. Btw, nice to see more Sur Ron videos again! I can't believe Matt would sell his Sur Ron, like WHAT?! haha Oh, btw, what type of helmet do you have? I like the look of it!
Can anyone tell me why you can't run the stock breaker woth a QS8? genuinely curious. I want to get a Chi Pulsar battery, however I have a Torp TC500 controller and they warn you to not do a breaker delete and I think they'll even void the warranty if you do

I believe the performance will be the same, the only difference between 72v 66v will just be top speed. 72v higher peak top speed.

You don’t have to get rid of the breaker you can just push more power out of a QS8
