Cut her some slack and hopefully she learns from this lesson decides to get a babysitter next time she wants to drink, at least she was driving drunk too bad her friend wasn't in his right mind and decided to drive while intoxicated. @@MichelleIbarraMHAEdD your saying exactly like you prove a point or something he’s doing his job like other officers tf a race and there appearances have to do with anything
Clearly, you weren't actually listening to her. First she said the baby should go home with her because she is the mother. THEN she told CPS that there were no friends or family that could take the baby in. THEN she gave up and told her to take the baby back to social services. She wanted to take her baby home but legally she couldn't. Before you go judging someone for not wanting her child actually listen to what they have to say.
So, that’s why you go thru all the classes that you do as a psychology major in college to become a social worker. The reasons that woman acted that way, more then likely without being able to sit down with her and talk to her sober, are 1. Drunk 2. Some kind of either mental illness like depression or emotional imbalance or behavioral health disorder 3. Could have been caused by trauma, being abused as a child, etc 4. It was very obviously an anger response, and she is immature, that might be her normal attitude or it might be the alcohol bc some ppl are angry drunks. Now CPS , if she really has no other family, will help her set up her life and get the things she needs to be able to get the child back

I am sorry that this happened to you though, but I'm grateful you were taken out of harm's way and are able to live a healthy life away from severe dysfunction. I hope you're doing well and I hope you feel good. ❤
I mean to be fair, you all are assuming way too much. She doesn't actually want them to take her child, she was saying that in a sarcastic matter. She is a single mother which I am sure can be really hard at times, especially when you do not have a good career. Cut her some slack and hopefully she learns from this lesson decides to get a babysitter next time she wants to drink, at least she was driving drunk too bad her friend wasn't in his right mind and decided to drive while intoxicated. Drinking is so stupid imo, it's never worth it. If you are going to drink don't ever drive or get into the car with a drunk driver, make plans ahead of time, it isn't that hard!
That's the worst pain . . .mee too
I'm sorry you went through that.
I wouldn’t lie to or mess with a Spanish cop with a high and tight haircut ever in my life. I know better.

cps-“no i don’t want to take him”
mother-“well you gotta do what you gotta do so take him”

Definitely shouldn't be a mothet
Clearly, you weren't actually listening to her. First she said the baby should go home with her because she is the mother. THEN she told CPS that there were no friends or family that could take the baby in. THEN she gave up and told her to take the baby back to social services. She wanted to take her baby home but legally she couldn't. Before you go judging someone for not wanting her child actually listen to what they have to say.
can you trust anything she says in that state though
SLiM M Right. She knew there wasn’t anything she could do.
I’m literally like 😯🤭
If I worked for CPS and a mother just said “take em” about taking her child is sick and if a mother said that to me I’d take that child away immediacy
She was dr
She did her child a favour. Hopefully he'll get fostered with a decent family.
Now CPS , if she really has no other family, will help her set up her life and get the things she needs to be able to get the child back
For the record, she also said "You gotta do what you gotta do." Not an excuse to not fight for her kid, but she might have known it was inevitable
She stoped crying real fast

Lol her public intox wasnt even true, she didnt break any laws besides endangering her child
I hope you're right but I don't believe public intox would prevent her. That's a misdemeanor. Also it happens alot and alot of time it's just to take the person to sober up for a few hours and sleep it off.
That officer at the end was just trying to hold it together. I couldn't imagine having his job. The good police officers like these deserve every penny they earn.

TylerBre’Ana TV the fact that u think he’s one in a million is the really sad part. Most officers are like him we only hear about the bad ones
That officer is 9999/10000 most of these police have family and care for all kids and want the best for them. The officer only seems like "one in a million" cause the news only portrays the bad cops and never any good news
@@lt.finglefubledingler1972 Well, a lot of officers have kids, but also have a bunch of other issues unrelated to kids, such as bias, and poor training. Having kids doesn't immediately make an officer "good."

Not anymore
Hahaha like shes missing out on anything important or worth while 😂😂😂
Honestly, the saddest thing is parents like this who don't take care of their child. I mean she's completely intoxicated, allowing a drunk man to drive and her child isn't even in a car seat. Praying fo this child.
That was tough, when the officer turned around after the camera debrief i know he started crying...I'm not to judge but this was hard to see

How they both didn't get charged with child endangerment is beyond me
I was wondering if maybe they did end up charging both of them with child endangerment and it just didn't make the show. What do u think?
It's the discretion of the officer, I feel like he didn't want to charge the mother with to much, so when she clears her mind in jail. She can still be able to pick the kid up since the child truly had nowhere to go. He did it for the best scenario for that child.
Man I feel for that officer. You can tell he really cares by how emotional he got about the kid at the end....

@@deeznutz5536 You were doing great up until the “white people just have hate in their heart from birth”. First, you started out with “not all” white people and ended with “white people”. Second, hate is learned, not innate. All people have the capacity for this kind of hate and it has nothing at all to do with the melanin content of one’s skin. I just encourage you to step back and consider that the generalizations you’ve made here just might be the same kind of statement you’d hear from officers that would be considered hateful and racist. It certainly doesn’t mean there is no truth to it. Corrupt, hateful and racist officers obviously exist. Generalizing like this is something hard-wired into our human brains as a self-preservation mechanism, and I think awareness/understanding of that fact is necessary to defeat racism

The greatest advantage you'll ever get in life is to be born to stable, loving parents who raise you to adulthood. So show some compassion to those who weren't. Because it wasn't a result of your foresight or their lack of it.
