- Well I'm back! The hype around the Fallout TV show has kicked me into gear to make a video on my Vault Dweller costume I have been working on this year. As a fan of the series since Fallout 3, it was about time I made something from it :)

I may not be a fallout fan ( sorry ! ) BUT ! As a cosplayer I love seeing how these projects are built. Learned so much in this video that I will have to try myself for my future projects !

i love your hair. Great video. I've been wanting to get into cosplay for a long time.. way longer than i care to admit, but just haven't ever had the chance or time to commit to making something and then going to a con. hope i can soon, it's on my bucket list..

if you need help connecting the app to the game, i figured it out a few days ago! also if you've previously connected to the game, you can access an "offline mode" which shows the game pipboy inventory with the most recent time you connected to the game. you cant update inventory or change missions or anything, but you can see all the current missions you have access to, and a map with all of the locations you have discovered up to that point. it also lets you play any of the holotape games you've unlocked in game on the app!
I can get my current phone to connect no problem but my old one i wanna use for the pip boy just wont connect so if you have any advice i’d gladly take it!
@AceCosplay I'm not sure about the older phone issue, I just used my current phone... I also am printing a full pip-boy that will fit my phone in it, since I don't have the collectors edition one...
for the old phone issue, I'd say make sure you have the latest app version, are up to date on as many system updates as you can, and make sure wifi is working... not sure what else would be wrong...

May I ask what app you are using for the Pip-Boy? I couldn't find one in the app store and all the places I tried to download it from were sketchy.
It is the official app from when the game came out. Its not on the store anymore but ive seen on forums some people have still got it online somewhere. You might have to do some digging to find where
I got it from the App Store recently so I’m not sure where your problem is, Although it is only on iPhone.

Can you do a tutorial of how you wash the vault suit please
I would hand wash it with some detergent so it doesnt shrink or remove the paint. Also wear gym compression gear underneath so that will keep most of the sweat away from the vault suit

Airbrush acrylics are Valejo, other acrylics are Daler Rowney and spray paint is Halfords
Brushes are just cheap ones
do you know any services that deliver EVA foam to someones home? lol i dont have my own reliable vehicle, motorcycle is being fixed up like a project hobby
