The others mentioned never will because they know it’ll remove the very soul from the club. In 10 years from now, West Ham will be mid table in the Championship and the fans will feel like strangers in their own club.

Worst thing West Ham did leaving the Boleyn. All they needed to do was increase the East Stand to a double decker stand and made the Boleyn 40 000 which is what real fans wanted.
