You should not apologize for driving a Lexus. It shows that you have matured to appreciate a car that is performing the way a car should. Luxurious Interior, smooth, silent performance, and enough power to keep any sensible driver out of trouble. Hopefully, you are old enough now to judge a car by those values instead of by "exhaust note" and number of cup holders!
Watching that state of the art interior makes me wonder why some people still believe that Audi makes the best interiors.. I mean look at that floating dash and curvy shapes..stitching..finest materials and jewellery made dials!! That thing can easily compare with Audi A8 and even Bentley when it comes to interior quality.
+Ahmed Nabil From a test drive it's pretty quiet. It's great if you want to cruise in comfort, as the suspension setup is very soft and throttle response is a bit lazy for sporty driving. Comfort wise it's phenomenal.
1.) This is not a full size luxury sedan, it is a midsize one. 2.) it doesn't compete with the BMW 3 series, Audi A4 etc.. Those are compact entry level sedans. It is a midsize one so it goes head to head with the 5 Series, E-Class, etc. the Lexus IS takes on the 3 series
Raj Muk ok, the second point is right, completely. this is however a fullsize luxury car now. starting 2013. the es is build on an avalon platform instead of the camry up untill 2013. so it is now definitely a full sized sedan.
Nice review. Looking to get rid of my 2012 ES 350 which has literally never given me any issues and step into the GS territory. Had one before and itching to get back to that sportier, but still reliable sedan type of feel. Can't go wrong with a Lex.
These are a great deal used now days, paid $19,000 for a 2014 with 50k miles in mint condition. Buy one with a bit higher miles/not perfect cosmetically, 15k, maybe less all day long. Toyota did have a brand new Corolla for maybe $2-3k more, but then I'm stuck driving a Corolla for 10 years instead of the Lexus. Hyundia and Kia had new options at that price point, but I'd much rather roll the dice and put another 100,000 miles on a well cared for 7 year old Toyota product than a brand new Hyundia or Kia.
This is an altetnative to the LS 460 for me. I thought these were just optioned out Camrys. I was incorrect. I'm going to trade in my 1978 Lincoln Towncar and cash out some war bonds and buy one. You only live once and at my age well I can do whatever I want.
Im 97 and if you could get it with a vinyl top like my 1978 Towncar I'd consider it. Also I tried to get a 7 year loan for one but the loan officer said they don't lend to almost dead people.
I wish it had a key, not a stupid button. With a key you can turn off the ignition if there is an electrical malfunction causing unintended acceleration.
If you want heated rear seats, the Avalon would be your car. It also features a Wireless Qi Charger. Don't know why the Avalon has this and its twin the ES does not have it.
what do you mean what you said at the end if you like to take the long twisty road? does it have to do with speed ? I am looking to get a lexus is 350, gs350 or es350 not sure which one of those 3
That engine /drive train and body will outlast a ford or Kia etc.. 10 fold . Lexus focuses on quality and reliability, so they can keep the massaging tech and USB ports
My ES350 2014 is 103k and im the 2nd owner. Whenever i shift from Reverse to Neutral, it gives a slight vibration from rear side. Anybody else has that ? Is that normal in lexus ?
I wonder how some of the people that comment so negatively sleep at night. More negativity than anything unbelievable what messed up nation we have become. I think the car is nice and yes I do have one but my goodness so much negativity, oh I also have a Mercedes Benz. Have a good day.
Haha I hope your joking, the IS is a sports car and the Es350 is a luxury cruiser. The IS is a 3 series "competitor" and the ES is for "old man". If you aren't into RWD sports car so ES...its Front a Wheel drive...so a "boring car" lol.
Its larger, sportier, more expensive sedan. It has a 3.5L v6 and produces 306 hp compared to 268. The es is larger inside but the gs has either an 8spd auto with rwd or a 6spd auto with awd. The gs competes with the e class, 5 Series, a6, etc.
I'm 21 and I really like this car...
F Fuentes IS is better
Proud Lexus owner here! and I can say that nothing beats the quality build and long term performance of my 2005 ES330!!! Amazing
I bought the ES350 used and it's by far and away the best car I've ever owned
Please i need something like this ES350 used car 2014 model
@@kingsleykanu8751 I got one it’s worth it.
I got a es 350 2011 smooth asf on the road
@@Golddie410 steering torque goes crazy
Do you still own it? Thinking to get this for my son 1st car same year.

@@m19y29 Exactly, Lexus is intelligence and sophistication reverse personified
This car will run 25 years on same engine and transmission without almost any repairs, no doubt!
100°/°
true but Lexus owners rarely want to drive an old banger in 20 years time ...good for the 3 rd plus owner .
camry runs for 30 years
This guy wild I’m 18 and love lexus 😂
I own a 2014 and I love it just wished it got gas mileage like my Mercedes Benz E320 but still love it.
I have the Es and when my kids need to charge in the back I just plug in a use adapter to the cigarette lighter in the back
First car I’ve had 290k miles on runs perfect in 2024
Mine is 2010 ES 350, the car is awesome.
Nazariy Kovalchuk how quiet and sound insulated is the cabin?
+Ahmed Nabil From a test drive it's pretty quiet. It's great if you want to cruise in comfort, as the suspension setup is very soft and throttle response is a bit lazy for sporty driving. Comfort wise it's phenomenal.
Very quiet and sound isolated , you hardly feel any bumps on the road as well .
I’m only 17 and gotta 2008 :/ but I friggen love the thing only got it for 6700 to
jett hey I’m looking to buy a 2010 es350 but I was wondering how much mileage on one would be too much to buy for ?
1.) This is not a full size luxury sedan, it is a midsize one.

Balram Kansara GS destroys 535I and E350 in every possible way.
+Ahmed Nabil yeah now this car also competes with acura TLX because they're front wheel drive
+Ahmed Nabil yeah now this car also competes with acura TLX because they're front wheel drive
Shadow i was going to say the TLX but i thing the TLX is all AWD no?
Excellent review love the way he begins the review.
Toyota should pick either the ES or Avalon because they're pretty much the same with different styling.
Excellent review. I am thinking of getting a 2015 with about 35,000 miles. Thank you for your review
Just bought a 2017 with 30,000 miles. Drives and looks like new and saved a ton of moolah...
I've had mine for 2 years and barely hit 43k😂 I drive a lot but don't go far
“Daaaaang that’s a Lexus ES?” 😂😂😂
big well placed and spaced knobs and button to me are better than on screen control.
Luv my 2017 350 ES in Atomic Silver!!
Always informative. Good job!
I like your videos, focus on beauti shots such as interior and lighting. Also talk about the material feel and quality. Thanks

@ 4:59: Excellent, warranted comment and the presenters expression. Overall, above par and very thorough review, Thanks.
At least you have hair I'm bald at 33
2gfre is the best v6 engine on the market.
Yeah I luv it..luxurious stylish and reliability 👍🏾👍🏾

Nice deal. Got a 14 ES with 59k miles for 17k
Good review. Cheers!
Chris, great review. Thanks.

Michael King word
Michael King I’m thinking about getting a 2013 with 60k how are you enjoying your ES so far ?
i own one these excellent car reliable and comfortable .. top model .. it quick aswell
Im 97 and if you could get it with a vinyl top like my 1978 Towncar I'd consider it. Also I tried to get a 7 year loan for one but the loan officer said they don't lend to almost dead people.
At 7:58, Your review would have been much better if you had stopped the background music when you speed up from the stoplight!
I wish it had a key, not a stupid button. With a key you can turn off the ignition if there is an electrical malfunction causing unintended acceleration.
If you want heated rear seats, the Avalon would be your car. It also features a Wireless Qi Charger. Don't know why the Avalon has this and its twin the ES does not have it.
too many spokes on the rims, gonna make cleaning a bitch
what do you mean what you said at the end if you like to take the long twisty road? does it have to do with speed ? I am looking to get a lexus is 350, gs350 or es350 not sure which one of those 3
Lexus IS best for daily car driving... Mercedes and bmw will burn too much $ for maintaining them.
That engine /drive train and body will outlast a ford or Kia etc.. 10 fold . Lexus focuses on quality and reliability, so they can keep the massaging tech and USB ports
I don't know about other aspects of the car but I am certain that the car isn't all that exciting to look at.
Love mine, I’m 31 but hey, I’m a dad too
Massaging seats sounds cool but they aren’t reliable and affects the reliability, they stop functioning after a while.
So how does the ES 350 compare to the ES Hybrid-which gets 40 mpg! ?
Under the air vents in the back their is a USB port
Missing a charging port is not a deal breaker and easily remedied but it is concerning Lexus wouldn't include on in the rear seat
isn't there a charging port under the fans?
Sold!!
Do it have left hand in the type of car.. .i like to get a lefr hand one to drive
My ES350 2014 is 103k and im the 2nd owner. Whenever i shift from Reverse to Neutral, it gives a slight vibration from rear side. Anybody else has that ? Is that normal in lexus ?
I need this car Lexus 350 es 2014 model how much is it
Bought one for 20000$ cad tx included
2 things I don't like 1 no rear charging port and 2 the sunroof lays outside on top of the roof not in it that looks cheap for a luxury car.
what happened to the paddle shifters? those were fun. I have 2007 is250
they only put them on the IS and ES
You're such a dad
,,,Why do you feel a need to compare the car to other cars in a negative light I.E. the Elantra ??? ,,,
The GS was the first model to carry the new grille.
She's definitely big car there. No one can mess with her, LOL.
Is this car for sale
I wonder how this compares to the Acura RLX
I wonder how some of the people that comment so negatively sleep at night. More negativity than anything unbelievable what messed up nation we have become. I think the car is nice and yes I do have one but my goodness so much negativity, oh I also have a Mercedes Benz. Have a good day.
If I may, is your Mercedes an E Class? If yes, how do the two compare on ride quality? Especially when the road gets choppy? Thanks..
I love his review....
And I love es
Correction: the lexus GS notice how I said GS is the first car to have lexus' spin dal grill k?! ok! We r good
Kills him to say he likes driving a lexus? ROFL must be a BMW owner
Hate the squared off flattened look of the rear end. The 2012 looks far nicer from the back.
you can just put a usb adapter in the 12 v power outlet at the back, DUH!!!
An old man saying he likes a Luxo Camry doesn't surprise me.
But he said he's a car enthusiast.... so it is abnormal for him to say he like the Es, because it's not a car that is ment for enthusiast.
ldawson103 you think you know what you're talking about. well you dont. starting 2013 this car is built on the avalon platform and not the camry.
Must be nice for your dad to pay your college education...
Pro tip: next time try using seat belts while driving
Does this car come with a turbo?
No
what is the difference between ES and IS? thank you :S
Haha I hope your joking, the IS is a sports car and the Es350 is a luxury cruiser. The IS is a 3 series "competitor" and the ES is for "old man". If you aren't into RWD sports car so ES...its Front a Wheel drive...so a "boring car" lol.
Nope, wasn't joking. Thanks for the detailed clarification.
Thank you so much RakanWD
thank you for your help, much appreciated
you mean like the A6 is a luxurious Passat etc etc ,stupid comment from somebody that have none of them for sure
This guy looks at least 56.
Am I the only one who is watching this guy accelerate and drive without wearing a seatbelt?!
nice car
Is it good on gas?
Nope lol
I have one. I'd never drive anything other than Lexus but they're not known for good gas mileage
Chanda Aimé it’s not awful tho right?
Yes but then what is the GS?
Its larger, sportier, more expensive sedan. It has a 3.5L v6 and produces 306 hp compared to 268. The es is larger inside but the gs has either an 8spd auto with rwd or a 6spd auto with awd. The gs competes with the e class, 5 Series, a6, etc.
My dad drives the same car
If only it was available in AWD
Lexus mistake by not letting rear seat bench fold down.
37 bought one today
What year did you get?
14 just got a 16 as well
I from the new generation and i love car with bottons
Will we listen the rock music or you. Music noise level is so high and very disturbing. Big dislike.
around 6-7 seconds from 0-60
Does this guy knows how to review a car? He only gave his personal opinions, no objectivity no measurements.
No rear charging port is obscene
46? bullshit lol 57ish
and the interiors...the dashboard???.....most of the video i see the face of the presenter
lol
I thought this is mid sized?
The zig zaggy grill they got going on looks cheesy and cheap and it looks like they're trying to attract 17 year old high school kids. No thank you
+Mike El yeah the older lexus es looked way better. No Old man would buy this now.
second to unlike it
Gs is the best lexus sedan
This guy makes every review so boring I don't even finish watching them tbh
You are old as dirt my friend. I am too.
Average review, seems to be enthusiastic and have in-depth knowledge on the car but fails to convey it to the viewer.
I don't need USB port
If you want to test a better car, try the Buick La Crosse
***** no thx mcbain
+Edward McBain That's incredibly unreliable. Terrible choice unless you are willing to shell out more for repairs down the line.
7:32
pulled a sneaky on ya
What a cloud
too expensive for NAV
2 wrong things with this review
U r 46? Danm bro.
46 wow
Owners say they get 37-39 regularly.
45k for the Camry?? Hahahahahahahahahahahahaha
