- Thank you all so much for being part of this little community ;o; Can't believe how quickly it grew...
I just remembered that I had a plan to make a Patreon page and launch a discord server when I hit 100k and i guess it just totally snuck up on me.
Stoked for Inktober as always :D Hope you guys are also participating in some sort of -tober art thing and having fun!
I gotta get faster at editing videos, I already have footage piling up from other stuff x'D

I love watching your traditional art process, especially using inks, from the initial sketch to the final product.
You're art feels magical no its magic whenever I look at one of your paintings I feel like I live in it somehow!?
BTW congratulations you totally deserve it and even more 💖💖
When i do inktober, I usually just peak at a prompt list and do a few that I like
Also holy heck that water was satisfying to watch
this piece is absolutely stunning! Normally I have art videos on in the background while I draw but this time around I was totally transfixed by your process, I love all the real time footage
I'm not sure which video of yours I saw first, but I love watching you draw, and your style. Plus I love learning from other artists and seeing how they do things X3
Congratulations! You deserve it. I knew you were gonna be a celebrity ❤️
Congratulations! 🎉
congrats!
I enjoy your long chatty videos and I always draw along when I watch them 😍
Congrats on 100K!!!
I love watching your art. Not only is the art beautiful but you are really candid. You say things how it is and you don't apologize for being yourself and talking about the pros and cons of what you do.
I love hearing you voiceover as you work on your art. Whatever you talk I like it. I watch these videos while I work on mine and it feels like I am working with someone else besides me.
Long videos are definetly my favourite but I can tell they are hard to edit and voiceover
Okay this might be off topic but I just wanna say one thing,
You have the most adorable cat ever!!!!
And also love your videos keep up the amazing work! You've inspired me so much thank you!!!! 😊 😊
You deserve every success! I find your techniques so fascinating and how you do your ink holy moly I never tried watercolor and I messed it up completely! Lmao so watching you is so satisfying and just wonderful so you soar my dear! Your totally star!
ayy totally deserved, our cat is so adorable and Congo on 100k !!
look at that linework!
Love this piece! Love the monochromatic dark look! One of my favourites to date! The ink wash water was totally on point! Your voice overs are always a fun listen, no matter the topic. But if you ever feel like it's just "too much", your videos are a joy even without commentary. I have to admit though, my true love is when you do your "rougher" sketches, when you're warming up. IDK why, but I feel so much life coming from them, and I think they're flat out beautiful to my eye. Thank you for all you do! Next goal, 200,000 subscribers!
The first five seconds of this video nearly gave me a panic attack, my cat would be dumb enough to try and jump off that ledge. I’m sorry I’m gonna have to watch this later when I’m not panicking
Edit: alright now that my anxiety has decided I’m allowed to live life, Congratulations!!! Sorry it took me a day to actually get to the video, I tried to watch it on a bad anxiety day and the cat on a balcony panicked me. Now that I can think straight, this piece is really nostalgic for some reason, it makes me think of a nice autumn day at the local lake (it’s such a peaceful spot if you manage to dodge the retirement crowd, and even if you run into the retirees, they’re mostly just friendly elderly folk who don’t have grandkids and are eager to say hi to the few younger folk at the lake)
The ghostly glow with the white pencil is such a good touch 👌
Congrats on 100k! You more than deserve it ❤and I love how the final piece turned out!
I love story-driven scenes like this. It's so dramatic! And like the one with the girl sitting up in the tree you did quite a while ago.
This is gorgeous ,very detailed, beautifully drawn and inked 🥰
I like how real you are. it's nice to draw while listening to someone like you, just talking, it helps me focus, and sometimes I'll draw along with you.
ahhh so excited to see your process for Inktober this year ❤❤

I like watching ur traditional art process it's nice
Congrats for the 100K subs!!! You deserve more! I know that you heard a lot this but I will never get tired of watching your art process, it´s inspiring and makes me want to draw!. Now that I´m making a remake of my own Inktober drawings from 2019 I didn´t draw by prompts that year, I was making them in digital while this video was at one side.
So THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR THE INSPIRATION I know you will get to the 200K and more
I just recently found your channel and love it. Editing videos can be daunting, but you're doing great keep it up!
Your work is inspiring and I thank you for allowing us to see you go through it.
Looove your simple way of drawing hands and feets…they look so great👏🏼👏🏼♥️
Definitely love your art style. So dynamic in an old style theme. I love the inks you were using as well. I bought Heikala's box and I'm so excited using myself. Your chill vibe video kept me company on my train ride to work. Music is calming and peaceful as well. Take care, bye 👋🏽
This one is so beautiful
Congrat on 100k!!!, your arts look so pretty and it deserved so much love from everyone OwO!!
Your worth every second beautiful, keep up with the inspiration.
congrats for 100k!! 💕 i honestly love your videos, they're so inspiring! i've been following heikala for a long time and got her inks before she sold her very first round of art boxes, but then the pandemic hit and i lost a very important family member, and while some people just got crazy productive during lockdown, my partner and i were just hanging around all day, not doing anything. i'm quite frustrated looking back how much time i lost that i could have used to create stuff, but i guess that's how some people cope with grief and scary situations 🤷♀️
anyway!! i bought your artbooks last year (? this year? what is time...) and religiously watch your videos ;D they make me want to create all the things!
thank you so much for sharing your process and thoughts. and i'm looking forward to your next project next week :))
congrats again
Absolutely love the atmosphere in this illustration! Ready for RW comeback too :)
Your water is amazing and I love the flow of your characters!
Looks like that upcoming video game, Maria is Dead. I like it!
This is beautiful, you're so talented!
Congrats! Your stuff is amazing and inspiring
I really love watching your traditional videos where you work with ink. You’re actually the reason that ain’t became interested in ink as a medium due to your art as well as your Skillshare class on ink and watercolour. That being said, I was wondering if for a future tutorial, you wouldn’t mind doing a more in depth step by step guide on how to paint with ink, showing how you blend the inks to get a nice gradient effect as well as any other inking techniques you wouldn’t mind sharing.
Thank you for another great inspirational video and looking forward to the rest of your Inktober content.
This is so lovely!! Great work!
awesome video!!! I love the process !!
I love how you experiment on the spot and how the bw looked... you didn`t need the red at all, it looks wonderful!!! Congrats on 100k, and I would love to watch studio vlogs with elements of your special project!!

I s it possible for a future video to explain your study process when it comes to the face and skull? I love your videos and they are so helpful for my full bodies studies

Love all your artwork! Can you do some more videos telling how to draw certain things. I would love to be able to draw like you.
I would love for you to stick with traditional art. Your digital stuff is great and I’ll still watch but I find watching traditional art much more satisfying to watch. Love your art! ❤️

Maybe you could do something in charcoal or conte pencil sometime? I would love to see what you would do with it. I love your stuff!
Love your art style! Do you use the nikko G nib for your dip pen? And how do you prevent lines bleeding/fuzzy lines on the coldpress paper?

Pretty illustration!
How did you draw straight on paper without errors, using brush pen?
I imagine that if you make a mistake on paper, you'll paint covering mistakes? XD
Can I told you??? what G-Pen ink do you use , Please answer me
Is that lakeshore in Toronto? .. hello fellow Torontoian!... (that's if you are from Toronto) ..

Please. I need to know what type of mechanical pencil that is. Please.
It's a weighted mechanical pencil from Muji
make that comic right here in front of us
I love all of your videos, but the “evil art teacher or bad experiences with customers” videos stress me out. 😅 no hate, feel free to keep venting, I just prefer draw alongs, tips/tricks, or your processes, if it helps you wiggle down video ideas
