Kudos to TCCOC for all the obscure and rare Crawford bits and pieces you’ve managed to unearth. As a longtime JC fan I’d given up the idea that there was anything I hadn’t seen. My hat is off to you.
Classy real entertainers; mocked politicians without viciousness; enjoy seeing those 1959 cars! Bob Hope, America's stand up comic and master of ceremonies; Joan Crawford, classic movie star who I wished had her own weekly TV theatre show. Thank you another gem!!
I never used to be a fan, but there is something about her ways that scream, “Star,” “Class,” and “Beauty”. She is very special, pleasant and charismatic - I love both Joan Crawford *and* Bette Davis now❣️
What a Gem Joan is in this comedic piece. 🤩🤩And that dress !!👀. Isn't she gorgeous? She played so well off both actors in this piece. I think she was firm friends with Bob Hope.
Wow great quality and so much fun to see Joan doing something light and fun. Just wish there were more of her in the show! Thank you so much for getting this so we could see it!
Never cared for Bob Hope... always thought he was a ham. But Joan Crawford was spectacular. She was the very definition of a star ⭐. Joan was wonderful doing comedy too.
She was far busier than most of us believed . To keep in the game and her name relevant after her heyday of the pictures . Thanks today all these teck abilities as UA-cam and all such .
Miss Crawford was a great comedic actress. I wish she would have made more comedies. However, during her 1973 Town Hall, she stated she loved playing bitches. Ironic she was funny and a bitch in "The Women". She owned that part. RIP Queen of Hollywood
So odd. Two times in as many minutes Joan said “come on give me a hand will you “ to her friend ; first to clear the dishes then to help her with her new dress. Joanie’s high maintenance for sure but I love her. Adorable little skit. Also note two dining room tables in row which is so ironic that Joan and the repairman are eating at the coffee table. Could watch this stuff all day long. Joan’s three dresses were all stunning
She's so beautiful! Can't take my eyes off her.

What great comic timing Crawford and Hope had together! She should have done a TV sitcom. Thanks for sharing this!

Always nice to see Crawford’s TV appearances in the 50s. This one is of decent image quality, unlike most others on UA-cam.
Joan doing comedy, well thats something Bette couldnt do, she is really, really, good! Joan has such a beautiful voice and smile
Great to see Joan doing sketch comedy after all those heavy dramas. Thank you for this Christmas present, Bryan, it is much appreciated.
What a joy to see Ms. Crawford in this. Light and Fun. I thought I'd seen most of what she made but not this one.
The Bob Hope Show was always a welcome treat for television viewer's of the time. No one missed the show!

😊🇬🇧💕🌹🥀🇬🇧
Joan performed very well.
Awesome, thank you for uploading!
Thank you so much! It’s so good.
Besides Miss Crawford ( my favorite )!! .....Hillary brooks had an interesting career and I like her!!
Note Linda Stirling in the card playing scene, looking lovely as always.
Joan even at that age had a cute little figure.
& Marion Ryan, I didn't know she performed outside the UK.
That was a 59 Buick in the beginning--in fall 58 that car had to be brand new.
And you realise that's Joan's own jewellery?
The heyday of america
