- A super fun day of float and wade on the Williamson River, OR!
Guided by my good friend and LTS Guide, Nate Bailey, owner and operator of On The Fly Guide Service.
Best fish of the day was an 18in rainbow that put up a great fight!
Donna missed another 3-4 good takes that would have been big fish.
Will have to come back soon to get them.
The LTS Zalt 6wt with the LTS Polyline WF6F, and Zalt 7wt fly rod with a Type 5 line, worked great for nymph and streamer fishing, perfect for the big "steelhead" on the Williamson!
Book a trip with Nate on the Williamson and catch some huge rainbows!

Nice day on the river. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for watching!
Great place
Yes one of my favorite rivers, thanks!
So good, nice job!
Great vedio! Fishing looks so fun! What kind of flys are you presenting?
Williamson River is fished mainly with nymphs and streamers, usually with intermediate line and stripping the flies on the swing. You can also do this with smaller spey rods, I had a monster of a trout on swinging a bullet headed black streamer from the slack edge of the pool, too bad it snapped the leader like nothing!
