- Everyone's been asking the same questions - are the ALiBaba beadlocks any good? Have you broken them yet? Should I buy them?
Well, after 4 months of ownership (and many hours on and off road), Lacey has given the wheels a good workout and is ready to share his thoughts. Enjoy.
(Wheels were purchased off Facebook Marketplace in Brisbane, but appear to be the same wheels listed on AliBaba in large quantities).

Hi mate. What tow mirror you got? I couldn’t find any tow mirror for gq electric side mirror.
Another thing to consider is that these are about the same price as method trail series with the bead grip. Obisously not a bead lock but I believe they are legal and will hold a bead much stronger than a traditional wheel.
Yeah method trail series are such a cool wheel, I’d love to test the bead grip out. As far as I’m aware they are about $440+ per wheel though, and only come in 0 offset which is less than ideal for a GQ
I've got cheap 35" ( paid 155 each ) run them down to 10psi every time since I can only put a Max of 35psi. I beat on them happy days.

What's the issue with steel rims?
Oh nothing really just seen them come bent out of the box seen them snap around the centre and then crash off the road Seen them where out stud holes so the nuts all the way down on the stud but the wheels not tight. And then bend when crashing so yeah there all good run them if you like but why wouldn’t you style your car with cool rims as well
