This episode was awesome! I really enjoyed all the vids of your earlier overfender builds, I hadn't thought of building a template from wood before. I really want to make some of these for my 2000 2.5RS. I've also been thinking it would be cool to do a rally light pod. Make sure you test your resin + fiberglass on some scrap foam first to be safe!
I've tried to lay fiberglass on top of instant expanding foam (from an aerosol can) and there was a bad chemical reaction where the resin never cured. In fact it started to melt and deform the foam sculpting underneath.

Jonny Mud Mower do you think I’m going to just leave it like that?
This is just shape to be fiberglassed.
You’ve got to be fucking stupid to think I’m going to run it like that.

    Nice Work....
Question - why do you Guys always wear Caps.... are u all bold in young Age or afraid of something? Or is it a "style"-Thing? Sorry, looks just stupid and for a grown up Person a little Childish wearing it the wrong way.... just saying. Or is there bad Weather in your Shop? and when buying one the next time, get the right Size that you don´t need to squeeze your Ears inside..... how about that?
It´s actually a sign of good manners to take a Cap / Hat or whatever you wear off when entering a Building.
