Very nice Documentary! Nice to see that Gujaratis are living in harmony with the Local people in TN. The community seems to be successful because of the ethical foundation (No cheating, focus on quality) of their business. It is heartwarming that he has the interests of his workers too in addition to profits (That noticeboard with daily Kural & proverb & building that kitchen to provide mid day meals for them). I also notice that he has a lot of women workers. When women gain economic independence the society surely benefits immensely! 27:14 Thirukkural is surely the best crown jewel of Tamil Literature! (I'm a Kannadiga who grew up in Chennai - Love Thirukkural) They seem to be doing everything right & needed for a strong & united India - not forgetting their roots & still teaching their kids their culture while also integrating well locally.
