Definitely congrats to Alex, that was amazing... I can only lift a fraction of what he does, and it's an incredibly small fraction at that. That is so impressive.
Gots to say, the more I see of Lu the more I want to see - the guy is damn charismatic and just has a great attitude. The panels with him is great, but seeing some more of him lifting, even if it's on Bradley Martyn's (Bradley Martyn) channel - always cool.
