Also another tidbit... I would go to the grocery store and walk through & ANYTHING that looked or sounded good I bought & ate!!! Baked lays, pears & pear juice for some reason helps.
@@tag-alongk8717 that's actually great advice! I started to feel so guilty for not eating the "right" things, but ultimately, it's just important TO EAT!!
@@Samlyonmusic 100% because here is the thing... Baby will always get what baby needs... Its YOU that will suffer. As long as you can get your prenatal down everyday you will be ok! Just eat what you CAN !! Whatever that may be!
you might have hyperemesis gravidarum i had it with all 3 of my pregnancies sent me to the hospital a few times if you struggle please go to a & e they can give you anti sickness it helps no end xx
Poor thing!! With my son I was sick every single day up until I had him vis C-Section 🤢 but, with my daughters I had not one day of sickness at all. It’s weird.
You poor thing. I was extremely ill through my first pregnancy- vomiting every day (for 9 months… sorry!), but sadly the vomiting didn’t provide relief from the sick feeling. I didn’t eat a scrap of chocolate till the day of her birth :-) with my other pregnancies, the sickness passed at 13-17 weeks. Take courage, tears are normal. Low moods also. Your baby is sucking your vitamins and minerals from your stores, you’ll have plenty of time to up the vitamins when you feel well again. Good idea to talk about your moods though with the midwives. I did have post natal depression and I do think being so ill contributed. Take care and good luck
@@kateymateymusic1 oh gosh really, that sounds horrendous! Well done for getting through the sickness for that long, it really does knock your mood. Yes, I did mention it to my midwife, and she asks about my mental health at every appointment now which is really comforting and reassuring. I'm slowly learning to embrace the emotional rollercoaster!
Woman are you crazy!? Love you should not be painting anything. Let your hubby do that. Loving these videos! You’re doing great, but please don’t touch any paint.
@@cupcakejg1 don't worry, I didn't! I really wanted to, but wanted to wait at least til my 12 weeks mark before touching any paint (I've actually only just started painting now at my 25 week mark!) so our "decorating" at this point was just sorting out the flooring/stripping old furniture :)
@@Samlyonmusic it’s still not safe no matter the time in the pregnancy. I say it with love ❤️. There are still a lot of toxic chemicals that can cause issues in the pregnancy.
@@cupcakejg1 I researched our paint before using and it says it's fine to use during pregnancy, but it is an emulsion so it's water based, not sure whether that makes a difference? I haven't used any oil based paints. I'll definitely be sure to pay attention to the products I do use and make sure they are safe to use during pregnancy, thank you for the advice! ❤️
