    Nice quick healthy recipe...I cook the fresh coconut in milk ...1 cup for 2 cups grated coconut then add cleaned Jaggery syrup.& cook for a few minutes more to get the desired burfi consistency ☝️👌

      @@hebbars.kitchen Love your recipes but jaggery is UNREFINED sugar, so it is still sugar and cannot be indicated as 'healthy', as it will still raise blood sugar A LOT!!!

    Not only this, the dry fruit ladoo without any sweeteners is one of my regular sweets at home which again is following you..

      @Neelam Sharma i would heavily recommend using fresh coconut grate for this recipe. as matter of fact, i would always recommend using fresh coconut grate for any pooran stuffing. but i have used desiccated coconut as i did not have access to a fresh one
