I have seen soooo many freerunning/parkour videos over the past few years. This one seems to be my favorite for some reason. It's just such an entertaining one.

@PKevinBurris i dun't think so, coz the roll is on different sides of the back so as not to harm ur back, so i don't think u can do it off of high walls
I need 2 start practicing more, but 1st I have to wait 4 my broken blood vessels in my left hand to heal. I tried an aerial it didn't work out 2 well 4 me. I should try and go to a gym someday.
@SexxyKevin what you need to know is free running was made for fun but parkour was made by a firefighter to get to injured people, there is no better its just what you want from it
