Kalista is extremely situational, she relies on having a snowballing engage composition and/or playing against low mobility champions that have little burst. She is great but requires so many things to be perfectly aligned in contrast to Kai'sa for example which is an all around amazing blind pick carry. On top of all that she requires incredible skill to be played at a high level consistently.

No and they shouldn’t. If her autos did as much damage as other ad carries while keeping the permanent dashing it would be broken like it was before

They should consider it. The meta is CC and nuke right now. Kali doesn't have much going for her compared to other adcs. Imagine the moment you get slowed by a Rumble ult, your one escape tool is gutted since dash auto scales with MS. Watching Kali move slowmo as she's burning alive is hilarious.

Yea kalista can for sure play the game against jinx or kogmaw past 10 minutes. also kalista looves playing orianna its very playable. Her items are so good too shieldbow is for sure a good first item, guinsoos is terrible but no shes for sure good. she doesnt die to every midlaner in .5 seconds while she needs to hit you for a full 5 minutes to kill u

he's not wrong but usually kalista has a comp that is built around her needing a few more seconds to kill someone, you cant compare champs in a vacuum
