  • Hello and welcome to my latest project!! Today we have an early release because i won't have my PC available for a few days.
This is my take on the condition SoulBeast! I wanted to make a fully ranged sort of leeching build through crits and condis and here it is.
For gear we use a mix of celestial with some notes of marauder, this combination worked for me, i found the sweet spot where my hits crit consistently enough and we don't depend ONLY in the condition damage.
We make use of predator's cunning on the Soulbeast tree and amplify that with leech from crits through various sources, all of this combined gives us a nice balance of constant pressure and sustain that works much better than what i expected when i was theory crafting this!
What can i say... just take a look and feel free to try it out! this build can EASILY run with full celestial if you don't feel like min maxing and it works wonders with different runes too, feel free to experiment.
As always i leave the link right here, i hope you enjoy and see you on the next one!

As always feel free to ask any questions about the build!, there are duels and many other clips i wanted to include... like 1v2 or 1v3 where i kill one or two but die in the process but then the video would be massively long and i want to keep the videos a bit shorter for now!

Primal reflexes and not sharpened edges? Seems wrong...
    Nice vid, thank you.

Thank you very much sir! It looks counter-intuitive but hear me out! I tested this throughly and the consistency of sharpened edges is really meh, even with high crit. However with primal reflexes i had a lot more consistence with dodges which are a very important part of the survival aspect of this build. Long story short: you barely feel having sharpened edges, if at all. I have never found myself thinking: aaah, damn i lacked a bit of damage or i wish i had sharpened edges. BUT the flow of the build is much much better with primal. A dead dps doesnt do damage🤣 You can go strider's strenght on 2 if you want for more synergy with those dodges and stack up some might.

Did you have much trouble with projectile hate? I find that when I roam with ranger SB i'm always coming up against projectile blocks/reflects

Yes, they are really annoying BUT we have ways around that, once you get used to them its no longer a big deal.
For example... On this build when i see block/reflect its a chance to kite and gain some distance, you can easily do it with shortbow/staff. Apply the same logic to any SB build you run, which all of them should have SOME kite tools or get away tools and you good.
The alternative is running Signet Of The Hunt and play around with it, reflects aren't that common so when you see any reflection just stop and kite... With signet i use it in 2 different ways, depending on my build.
      1) I simply Double Down and use it alongside the burst, try to kill them and if you didn't just reset and re-engage.
      2) This requires a bit more practice but... Ppl that abuse block spam to stay alive are easy to bait. Every SB build has a burst button but that doesnt mean they have no damage outside of that, quite the contrary. Bait them to use defensive buttons and then use Signet+One Wolf Pack, most of the time when they see your SIC EM and bow barrage/birds on warhorn and so on, they think you got nothing... And its simply not true.
If tou tell me what speccific build you are using i can tell you exactly how to deal with them👍

@@Darkpirox I believe it was a trailblazer's druid build, with axe/warhorn as my other set. I haven't played the build in several weeks, lately I've been getting into maces + greatsword daze druid. My strategy for blocks/reflects to pummel them with CA, but it's still annoying :p

@@jcoyne4718 Yep, the mace and daze druid is rough into that because good players will have blocks and stability almost always up! I would try to play around with CA stealth and track my mace reset, when i have 2 stacks of Nature i know if i connect mace 3 into 5 i get the reset to stunlock. And on the meantime using mace 4 and GS to disengage you should outsustain anyone as a druid, but it is rough and long fights most of the time where you bith are fishing for some gaps!
