👋🏼 Small struggling Travel Channel here. I love your content, thanks for this great video! You inspire me to keep grinding my channel, maby one day I’ll grow as big as you 🥲
Just upgraded to the Aer Cable Kit 3 for international trips with P2. Easily holds my Sony NC headphones, Super Bagel, 1-2 power banks, spare Type F adapter, assorted cables, Bluetooth transmitter, and a couple of protein bars.
I picked up the Inateck Electronics Organizer on Amazon. It is basically the PD Tech Pouch with a different material - a soft touch 1200D waterproof/water resistant polyester and uses a YKK zipper. It's been absolutely great and cost $30 CAD instead of the Peak Design's $80 CAD. The price savings let me double up on my pouch purchase by also grabbing the Bellroy Desk Caddie, which has been really good as well but I hate the large-toothed zipper. It's unguarded, leaving me and my items open to scratches, and often sticks. Bellroy should have gone with a finer toothed zipper and added a fabric zipper guard on the Desk Caddie and it would have made for a much better experience.
Thank you for this round up, not all of them are so easy to purchase in Europe, but I'm still doing my research, I'm so grateful for the dedication and detail you go in to each of these. I find these days that even short trips away from home having the right cables and adaptors and chargers is so important. Over time I've developed a cable kit and a smaller version of that for different trips that I can just grab and know that I have all the cables and chargers I will need. Yes it's meant some duplication between what I use at home and what I carry when I'm on a trip in Europe or UK, but it has reduced the stress when it comes to getting ready for a trip or worse a hospital stay, planned or unplanned. I've done the same with my toiletries bag, I keep it stocked and ready to use and if I get rushed in to hospital for any reason my wife/family can grab that bag and get it passed to me knowing I will have all the essentials I need for a stay. Yes I learnt the hard way during COVID lock down!! All good now though. Again thanks guys.
It's well made, I like mine too. My only gripe with it is it's a bit big for a minimal travel kit. On the positive side, there's never a lack of place to put things in.
I love my Side by Side cable organizer. Not too pricey, and has outside stretchy panels so those zippered pockets can accommodate pretty long cords and wall adapters.
@@PackHackerWhen are u guys going to Collab or design a pack or sling of your own? I've been watching Tom since before the 5 o'clock shadow and all the grey hairs
As always very informative. Maybe take a look at the Lowepro GearUp series. I use it in parallel with the Peak Design Tech Pouch and the Bellroy Tech Kit.
it pretty much depends (like 99%) on what kind of traveler you are ... for me who travel mostly as business traveler, they all sucked big time except maybe the tom binh compact phone size pouch good for international adapters. But I have way better choice that does not carry with them inflated pricetag !
I hope you guys can do a review on the brand nordace... they have many packpacks and also a baby bag... and different types of bags and pouches like for a camera, toiletries etc
Ok i watched all the video...yeah, none will put my 5 meter cord which i need so its kinda useless since any decent person will do it better thatn you say....i have the smakest european and maybe any other charger...because you didnt searchm,m and i bought a ton to have. dont need it but its so small that its in every gearkit i have!
why? dont see the point. all you need it a cable an an USB SSD. thats all. everything is USB C. I carry a DJI pocket 2 qith me everywhere, and dont need more. so why have what you are saying...are you sponsoring them? because i dont see the point of havinbg them nd i already said this on your last video you presented these...they are just useless! but for you getting sponsorship and money counts more that actually telling a true review...
So if I’m understanding you correctly… because you don’t need a mouse, laptop charger or headphones- no one else should need them and/or carry them either? Nice one dude 👍👍
I've got USB C (laptop & phone), micro USB (toothbrush, e-reader), micro USB 3 (external SSD), 3.5 mm (backup for my headphones) cords, plus a small hub for my laptop (for HDMI, ethernet, SD cards)... I could get rid of some cords by updating some of my tech, sure, but why would I spend hundreds of € on new tech when my old one is still perfectly fine? People have different needs. I don't need a mouse, I'm perfectly happy with my laptop's track pad for now but I do at times need a numpad, which is a completely outdated tool for a lot of people. Tech organizers, just like everything else, can be completely useless for some people (e.g. you) but really useful for others (e.g. me).

I use and love the Aer tech pouch. Total aer fun boy at this point
My Peak Design Tech Pouch (V2) has different loops for the strap. What version is this? @9:22

PD tech pouch for the win 🎉
I'm big fan of my Peak Design tech pouch
It's well made, I like mine too. My only gripe with it is it's a bit big for a minimal travel kit. On the positive side, there's never a lack of place to put things in.

@@NeavrisI Agree. I love the bag so much but in my peak design every day backpack, it’s like 1/3 of the main compartment
@@Neavris Exactly. Would love them to come up with a smaller version.

Go Ruck Wire Dopp for the win!
The one I’m using as well for 1 week trips otherwise using the Evergoods CAP1 for daily commute
TB HLT both sizes - why skip those? The stand up options are interesting and may work for an EDC commute, but they are less desirable for travel.
Everything's good but make me concern of electric goods made from...
Alpaka Hub Pouch for me! Just small enough to carry my essentials.

Im curious why Alpaka Elements Tech Case was not part of the list
It'd be nice to see you review the vanquest organizers
CAP2L is the an amazing tech pouch. Very bulky, however.

TomToc tech pouches are my go to.
Which is your favorite?
@@PackHacker I use TomToc tech pouch (small) for camera accessories, and two (medium) one for laptop accessories + one for PC accessories.
Think Tank Photo pouches are quite good.
Thanks for the suggestion! I’ll pass it along.
Please tell me what's the backpack at 8:25 🙏

Dang, was hoping that the linus tech tips pouch would make the round up.
Do you have it? 🧐
No, it's in the running to replace my cheap tool roll style tech holder alongside the CAP2 and PD pouch.
You guys know the way to my heart!

Modern dayfarer pouch its my choice or cap2 when im out of space
I'd love to use the Global Pouch as my travel tech pouch.
