Here is how we rate the fragrances:
On a 1-10 Scale, I rate the fragrances by their Performance (Longevity, Complements, Sillage), Presentation (Bottle, Box, Experience, Cheap/Expensive Feel, Weight), Scent (Notes, Oils, Open, Resting), and Value.
For the value, it is very difficult for me to rate each fragrance the same so I created a tier system. I will only create and judge the value on fragrances that appear in the same price tier. As an example, Kenneth Cole Black and Creed Aventus cannot be compared.
Tier 0 - $20-$60
Tier 1 - $60-$149
Tier 2 - $150-$299
Tier 3 - $300 or Above
