"Viktor & Rolf present the male equivalent of the famous Flowerbomb fragrance (2005) and the second men's fragrance after Antidote (2006) under the name of Spicebomb. The designer duo wanted to give men the fragrance that is Flowerbomb to women, bearing in mind that spices are for masculine scents what flower notes are for feminine.
Spicebomb comes out in January 2012 as an explosive and extrovert oriental - woody and spicy composition. Perfumer Olivier Polge blended spices with sensual undertones; creating two diametrically opposed fragrant accords: 1. the addictive and fiery one and 2. the explosive and icy one. The fiery accord contains notes of chili, saffron, leather, tobacco and vetiver. The explosive one includes bergamot, grapefruit, elemi and pink pepper.
Fabien Baron designed the bottle so it looks like a hand grenade, which “triggers” with the designer’s logo. The face of the campaign is a model Sean O'Pry, photographed by Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin.
The fragrance is available as 50 and 90 ml Eau de Toilette with 200 ml shower gel and 100 ml after shave balm"

I just got this too and it's my favourite now. So pleased with this even with it being a 2017 batch. I wake up in the morning and put this on.
i forgot to mention tobacco....it has slight feel of cinnamon mixed with tobacco in the mid....such a delightful fragrance :)
Stand out juice. Totally agree. The Fresh version is also fantastic and a little more forgiving as the heat rises outside. Im a big Man in Black fan as well. Have the Intense version which has a more prominent leather note. Lasts forever and a day. Gorgeous stuff! 👍🏻

Joy! So happy to finally see your review on this frag. This frag is a definite gem. I do hear that it is a bit unisex, because women actually like to buy this for themselves. I really enjoy spicebomb, payed about $50 for it. I lucked out and also found the Last bottle of Spicebomb Fresh on the shelf and got it for $30. I'd love to hear your thoughts on spicebomb fresh, but I will say it seems to get less love from the frag community.
so i was looking to buy this for the first time i saw some good reviews about this product but u make it clear if ur from the subcontinent don't buy it especially in the summers so maybe i'll buy but not in this summers season btw i'm from pakistan and nice review keep it up :)
I own both Spicebomb and Man in Black aswell. Man in black is much more Sophisticated, but Overall, I'd say Spicebomb is better. I feel better when wearing it, I've had a few negative reactions from Man in Black, which might have been the Tuberose.
Spicebomb is so damn well blended, those first 2-3 hours are just magical

Wasn't Spicebomb released in 2012 ? I just managed to buy a 2012 bottle a few days ago, I had a 2014 one.
yes i think so...but after 2013 it got reformulated ,im sorry i think i put the release date of flowerbomb by mistake in rush.thanks a lot for the heads up...im fixing it :) thanks brother...i love this community :)

This fragrance is a certified woman pleaser. I attended parties wearing this and women are seem to be drawn to the scent. They won't tell you, but they'll come really close to get a whiff of you. I even got someone chat me the next day telling me that my fragrance stuck to her hair when I hugged her. And personally, I fucking love this scent
I like this one. Extreme and Eau Fraiche are also very nice. I don't get the best longevity from any of them, 5 to 6 hours, but that's not bad either. This one gives me about 5 hours with average performance. For me, this one is a 7.5 out of 10.
yes the current formulation id give it the same but the bottle and smell combined i gave it 10...such a tasty frag :)

You are mistaken, there is a 150ml bottle. I got a 2015 version not too long ago from Germany. Man this is one of the top 5 for me. I love Code Profumo; I love Ch Men and this one is right up there with them. I don't like the Extreme so much because it has a very strong pepper note which in the dry down just isn't as smooth smelling as the original dry down. I'm keeping my frags between 20-25 and won't go over that number but this one will always be in my collection.

i love that fragrance....i think i may get it for myself....its a beast mode fragrance for winter...i think you will really like it...its potent :) mugler cologne is just lovely :)
I got 8 to 10 hours of longevity with le male new formulation , not bad at all , i thougth i woud be worse , i justo cannot complain
extreme version is even better....for longitivity..:)

Yes.... JPG Le Male, 1 Milli (1 million)... SpiceBaaahmbh.... Reformulations. Le Male was still good in 2013-2014.. my 75ml. but it was weaker

Guerlain is way better i consider it a niche quality
Smells like V&R trying to piggyback on 1 Million's success. Need to test it to compare the two properly..
If you're into layering fragrances... u should try layering Spicebomb with 1 Million
