Ingredients:
240 g oat flakes(gluten free) 2 3/4 cups
7 g baking powder(1/2 tbsp)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 medium apples
3 eggs(separate the yolks from the whites)
pinch of salt
chopped walnuts for decoration
bake 35-40 minutes at 180°C/360°F
