There is no brachiocephalic trunk on venous side, the left and right brachiocephalic vein and the azygos vein drain into superior vena cava as separate individual veins.
I don't understand how he explained that the jugular venous arch passes posteriorly to the larynx and then at the same time can be viewed superior to the manubrium. Thank you

At 4:11 he said “ how the external and internal ARTERIES are draining blood from the head and the neck” which to me is a slip of the tongue because I realize he meant to say veins instead of arteries. Otherwise, good instructor.
