C - Closure of Tricuspid valve - at the start of systolic contraction V - Villing(filling) of Ra as atria relax - slight rise in JVP Y - Triscuspid opens - EmptYing RA

(by Steven McGee) But with your video, I think I can understand it even better, it really helps to see a simplified figure such as yours in the video, I thank you a lot for your work.
