    Omg, don’t be fooled by the 12 reps. I was so ready to stop after the 2nd round, but really had to push myself to keep going and really proud of myself that I did. Thank you for yet another great workout

    Tom, this was so brutal! I absolutely loved this one. My husband and I increased the weights for this one thinking it was time to raise the bar, and let me tell you, we were crying and sweating by the end of this one. It feels like such an accomplishment to be able to do these workouts. I am beyond grateful. We wouldn't be working out so regularly if it wasn't for your content.

    Not gonna lie, I had to pause the video for an extra minute 2 or 3 times to catch by breath. Great video as usual. I admire so much how you keep talking and working out at the same time, keeping a smooth voice tone. The reason I am binge working all your videos. Much love from NL.

      Thanks, haha probably sounding little less smooth in these tough ones. I think taking extra breaks to keep quality of movement high when needed is a good ideas. Still same amount of total volume done and likely to be of a better quality 👍🏼💪🏼

    Holy (bleep), this kicked my ass. Toughest workout so far. My shirt didn’t have a dry spot on it. This 57 y.o. had to press pause after every exercise on the last round just to catch my breath. If there is another EMOM workout, I might have to reduce every set by 5 reps and keep the weight at 30 pounds…just need more time to catch my breath. How Tom can do this and talk at the same time is impressive.

    Great EMOM workout - 57 year old from Philly. I always just take your KGs and use the same in lbs - works out great for these old muscles!

    Finally done! This EMOM was overdue and was really brutal. Enjoyed lying down and a cooldown to get the breath back.

    can we take 5 mins rest adter rach round?
    How is emom ideally done continiousworkwout 30mins and rest only after completion of reps or we can take longer rest after completing a whole round?

    Great workout. 15kg was tough! I was a few reps shy on a couple of exercises. I'll have to try again some time soon :D

    Not going to lie, I gave myself an additional minute between rounds to rest... And went body weight on goblet squats and alternating reverse lunges on rounds 2 and 3...

      Same here had to take a minute rest in between rounds. I think I can do it if I drop the weight to 10kg , I end up doing 10 reps for 15 with 15kg

    was very tough workout!!!!!was able to do only 2 rounds.
    First Round:15 kg dumbell pair
    seconf reound: 10 kgs dumbell pair

    Just came back to this one again, could do it with heavier weight this time but still destroys me in a good way
    I’ve continued doing almost every day since finishing the whole 6 week , it’s a lifestyle baby

      @@TomPetoTraining it was, I was doing some of the exercises without the weight like you suggested in a video. holy cow. I also think shoveling snow for an hour before that didn't help my energy levels🤣

      did 15lb today, except for 10 for Hang Clean cuz my dumbbels are a bit bulky and I wasn't sure if I'm going to hit my shoulders or knees lol. also did lunges with no weights because by the time lunges come i'm totally destroyed and need some sort of rest lmao

      okay i missed it last friday so am doing it wednesday now because i stacked up today's and yesterday's together. dang it was hard, the technique is getting better but still tiring. did 15lb the whole way through even for cleans this time, but did first two lunges with no weights. heart rate was stable at 160 lol

      Sounds like you are looking at a plan in the ‘workout plans’ section.
      The area is easy to navigate so just have a look around to find what you’re looking for.
