My "White Glove" delivery was a disaster. The two guys had no clue. I only found out from this video about the foot rail attachment. The paper instructions make no mention of it. The side rails I ordered are defective and cannot be installed. And the remote control did not work....delivered with dead batteries. Not a good delivery experience.
