Another important point is it’s minimum focusing distance of 0.7m, focuses closer than the 90-APO and has higher magnification than the Summilux-50

Very comprehensive. Is it more difficult to obtain sharp focusing with this lens on the M11, compared to the 50mm Summilux-m 1.4?
Hi, it depends on the aperture and distance to the subject. But yes at the minimum focusing distance of the M11, both lenses are fairly difficult to focus. I usually stop down to 2.8 or so just for those situations. But further away, say 5 ft, these lenses are fairly easy to use on the M11 since the rangefinder window is amazing, super sharp, clear, and bright.
have you used the Leica 75 Noctilux?
Hi Michael, no I haven't tested it in depth. But I've used it briefly though. Great lens.
