this is my favorite lens. owned it for over 20 years
I love using my 75 1.4 Lux on my M10. I don't really look for a sharper lens for the photography style that I practice.
This is an excellent review of a legendary lens. I am amazed that there are 21 people (as of August 1, 2020) that have given it a thumbs down. That is a reflection on the people who gave the thumbs down, not the reviewer!

@@LeicaReview I have the Made in Germany version. It seems to demand a higher price these days.
50mm is everything that you need.
You're 80 % right, but if you're professional, you need some other lenses. My main lens is the 50 mm Summilux and my second lens is an Q with its 28 mm Summilux. I've a Voigtländer Heliar 75 / 1.8 for the last 2 % of my photography. But my heart belongs to the 50 mm, that's for sure.
