I was a pizza vendor at that festival and was in that massively huge crowd and I promise you will be blown away by the entire performance and the size and energy of the crowd. Ok Swag, here’s the thing, when METALLICA came to town, IT WAS ON! We would spend the whole day gathering with our friends “preparing,” getting the right look and getting hyped. After you parked and walked to the arena, the closer you got the more the energy would build. Now you’re inside and you see all the other blazing out of their minds freaks. It’s a cool scene. You find your seats, wait, and then the house lights drop and everyone loses their shit as the band hits the stage like a ton of bricks! You had to be there. Live is a WHOLE OTHER POWERFUL LEVEL. You think this is nuts? Ha ha ha!!! You wouldn’t believe the concerts! It’s the loudest thing you’ve ever heard!! Afterwards you felt like you’d gotten in a fight and had non-stop sex.

Imagine back then your friend saw them in '88 and was like "That was the most insane, high energy performance I've ever seen in my life!" You're intrigued but like "Bullshit!
