Hey Bro! I am about to do this as a local shop welded crap onto my exhaust system. I am probably gonna do their exhaust as well. I am from north west Vermont if you want to chat some time.
Hey Man! Nice looking truck! I was curious where you got the black grill that we see in the video image? Did you paint the factory white one? or buy a black one? Id like to achieve the same look. Thanks
My factory grille was black and chrome. I plasti dipped the whole grille black and took the dip off the RAM. I also took the bottom black plastic off the front bumper, plasti dipped it white and put it back on.
@@802sho Thanks for the info! My truck is the sport edition and is all white. I love how just the middle portion of your grill is black. I’ll have to look into plasti dipping mine. Great job man! Thanks again
@@jermur8053 it doesn’t drone at all. I would actually like a tiny bit, but I can’t hear it really unless I get on it and even then it’s only slightly louder. If you want a little more sound, that’s all you’ll get with it. Personally I’ll end up deleting the muffler and then I’ll get a little cabin noise (drone).
No check engine light. Anything from catalytic back your good. I did a muffler delete no light about to get my hands on this kit!!! Hope this helps ya.
Yes. Go to vlandfactory.com. Search Dodge. The ones I have are listed for $549.99. I’ve had them for a year now, no issues. Factory plug and play harness. You do have to let the OEM side marker bulb hang out in the engine bay not plugged into anything. Really nice and high quality considering the price! Sequential blinkers too! Above is how they look when just the daylight running lights are on.
@@802sho dude thank you! Have been looking to upgrade my headlights but want to make sure I get some quality ones. Did you install on your own or take it somewhere?
@@2019ram I did it myself. There’s some other videos out there showing how to remove the front plastic and grille to get to the headlights. There’s a clip deep into the grille area of the front plastic above the bumper. Take your time with those ones. Buying a tiny plastic pry set from your local auto parts store will help. The guy in the video I watched broke both of those clips I’m talking about, I was able to not break any.
Fabtech 2” level. To turn up front remove the mud flap and bend in a metal tab at the bottom, I just used my thumb, then trim a little bit of the mud flap plastic off on the inside and you can turn without rubbing with 20x12 33/12.5/20 mud tires. I run 22x14 with 305/40/22 Toyo proxes street tires stretched in the summer and rub just slightly full turn with no further modifications.
@@matttillinger if you don’t trim anything yes at full turn. All you need to do to eliminate rubbing is, remove both front mini mud flaps, there’s one metal tab for each that you can bend inward with your thumb. No cutting of metal needed just bend it. Then you’ll need to trim off some of the plastic mud flap at an angle on the inner portion. You can just trim a little plastic at a time. Put the mud flaps back on and test to see if it still rubs. To get the mud flap to stay tight to the inner wheel well liner you only need to drill a tiny hole and add a zip tie to help keep it pulled back and tight so it’s not loose in there. But in the end you’ll end up with a trimmed mud flap molding that isn’t noticeable it’s trimmed and you’ll be able to turn full lock with no rubbing with just a 2” level. As far as the trimming goes….its very minimal compared to other makes and models that require extensive trimming and metal cutting. Just bend the metal tab with your thumb and trim some plastic of the mud flap molding and you’re done. Should only take you around 30 min of your time to trim the plastic and bend the tab and add a zip tie to both sides.
Hemi's sound so good with an exhaust!
I agree
@@802sho
Question. Did you remove the muffler also
@@pabloguzman9727 no just the resonators
I did the same thing to my grand Cherokee, man that woke the HEMI UP.sounds great with the stock muffler
My man in Vermont! Nice vid, sounds good.
The borla tips were a pain to line up too. Your truck sounds good tho btw. I think you'd love a borla catback exaust.

Why did they put resonators on in the first place? Damn that muffler is huge enough
It definitely increases the smiles per gallon.
For sure does lol
All hail Hemi power! :)
Nice truck, can you tell me the brand and size of the wheels and tires ?
Thanks. Anthem Off-Road Equalizer Gloss Black 20x12 -44 offset 33/12.5/20

I just installed this on my ram and it legit sounds the same

I know this is an older video, but I have a question.
What are the specs of your tires and wheels combo? Width and offset in particular.

Yeah
Does this truck have a stock muffler and only resonators deleted in this video?

Does this have the front resonator because some came with front resonators and some didn’t.
The laramie comes with it.
Do you have the factory muffler on that still with just the resonator delete kit?
Correct
Can you share what type of Rubber you have on this Beast?
